3.2 pipe system

Each gas tank are provided with 2 branches of DN1000 steel pipes leading to pretreatment workshop. In the section before reaching the road at south side of the workshop, the pipe will be laid on ground with bottom level +0.4. The section crossing the road will be bedded with top level (min. overburden depth) satisfy the load on road, and below freezing protection layer.  Arrange of pipeline at the inlet and outlet of pretreatment: the inlet pipe will undercross the road at the south side of factory building, while the outlet pipe will be supported overhead till machine set area. All pipe sections bedded under ground shall be subject to anti-corrosive treatment with 3 painting layers and 2 cloth layers.  Necessary process valves, drains, fire retardant elements are arranged at relevant positions. 

The pipe from pretreatment outlet to generating area are arranged overhead, and covered with about 80mm thermal insulation layer to suit for all season conditions and satisfy generating set. 

Bidder should be responsible for the integrity of system within the following interfaces: 

      Gasses route: all pipelines from gas tank outlet to generating set inlet, all necessary parts for ensuring the integrity and justice of internal unit, instrument, valve and pipeline. 

      Inside pretreatment factory building are arranged 3 sets of blast-protection electric block to met the needs of maintenance and repair of large equipment as primary filter, secondary filter, blower fan motor etc. 

      Inspection & repair platform and lifting rack as required by high equipment according to national regulation. 

      Drain interface: pipeline and equipment within the outlet of drainer. 

      Electrical interface: the owner is responsible to supply 10KV power source and 380V power source to incoming cabinet of pretreatment. 

      Communication interface: the Owner is responsible to supply data communication cable till the control cabinet with access to pretreatment system, and the bidder shall be responsible to reserve communication interface.

The national standard of China shall apply in priority, and those standards as IEC, ASME, ISO, DIN, BS, JIS, JEC which are equivalent or higher the national standard of China are also acceptable. The applicable national standards of China include:

3.2 管路系统

预处理系统与两个气罐的出口法兰连接，管路系统的供货范围考虑了启动、停止和正常运行不同工况的完整性、安全性、操作维护的方便性。管道采用SS304不锈钢材料，符合燃气发动机的相关要求。投标人提供系统内的隔断阀、阀门传动装置、电动执行器、疏水阀、过滤器、阻火器、脱水装置、管道、管道附件（弯头、三通、阀门、螺栓、螺母、垫片、垫圈等）、支吊架、合适的保温材料、外防护材料等。

每个气罐出口设置两支DN1000的不锈钢管道，去往预处理车间；在车间南侧马路以前，就地敷设，底部标高+0.4；过马路前，管道下弯入地，顶部标高（埋地最小深度）满足马路载荷要求，并在冻土层以下。预处理进出口管道布置：进口管道在厂房过南侧马路前采用埋地进入；出口管道在室内架空，出厂房后架空至机组区域；所有埋地管道均做三油两布的防腐处理。在相关位置设置了必要的工艺阀门、排水、阻火等元气件。

预处理出口到发电场区，管道高架，并有80mm不等的保温，确保在不同季节的设计工况下，能满足机组发电的需要。

投标人将负责以下接口内的系统完整性：

      瓦斯路：从气罐出口开始到发电机组入口的所有管路，保证内部设备、仪表、阀门、管路等完整、合理；

      预处理厂房内，设置了三套防爆电动葫芦，满足：初级过滤器、精密过滤器、风机电机等大件设备的检修维护需要；

      按照国家规范，对高处的设备设置检修平台及相应爬梯；

      排水接口：排水器出口以内的管路及设备；

      电气接口：业主负责将10KV、380V两种电源接入到预处理进线柜的上桩头；

      通讯接口：业主将数据通讯电缆提供至接入预处理系统的控制柜，投标人预留通讯接口。

优先执行中华人民共和国标准，等同或高于中国标准的IEC、ASME、ISO、DIN、BS、JIS、JEC等标准也可以接受。包括下列标准：
