5 Operating requirement
5.1 CDM measurement
CDM shall monitors the following parameters:
l Flow, absolute pressure (gage pressure + atmosphere) and temperature of gas at the outlet pretreatment unit, totally 10 sets.
l Monitoring the concentration of methane inside outlet main pipe, totally 2, one in use and the other standby.
l Flow (flare unit), absolute pressure (gage pressure + atmosphere) and temperature of gas at the flare, and flare temperature measured with thermocouple totally 4 sets.
l Methane concentration at the inlet main pipe of flare.
All installed equipments are adaptable to all different kinds of climate. The Bidder shall submit the first calibration report of CDM monitor supplied. The Bidder shall supply service manual, erection certificate (warranty card of manufacturer, installation date), calibration certificate, calibration record (include calibration step and interval between two consecutive calibrations) as well as training for CDM monitor.
5.2 Upon site installation, the bidder's equipment and reserved ground points of pipes shall be connected with relevant lightning earthing network of the factory area. All non-welded joint shall be bridged with copper conductor. All electrical equipment of the gasses pretreatment workshop shall be of blast protection products complying with requirement in class II blast protection area.
*5.3 On all 4 inlet pipelines of the gasses pretreatment station are installed on-line methane concentration monitor: it will alarm if the methane concentration under 35%, close valve and stop gas fan if under 30%.
5.4 Independent flame arresters are respectively installed on 4 DN1000 inlet branches of gasses pretreatment station and outlets of 10 pretreatment units. On connecting pipelines between pretreatment system and gas tank, as well as main outlet pipe of pretreatment unit are installed monkey at the height complying with relevant industry standards. Both on inlet and outlet of each pretreatment unit are designed with blow interfaces, which allows Owner to substitute gasses with nitrogen and ensure safety when equipment starts or stops.
On the outlet main pipe of pretreatment system are installed one set of DN300 relief valve, one set of DN300 and DN500 automatic bleeder valve, one set of manual irradiator. PN1.0 flanged connection is adopted in all above-mentioned interfaces.
5.1 CDM 测量
CDM监测以下参数：
10个预处理单元出口的瓦斯流量、绝对压力（表压+大气压）、瓦斯温度，共10套；
出气母管上的甲烷浓度监测，共两个，一用一备；
火炬单元的瓦斯流量（火炬单元）、绝对压力（表压+大气压）、瓦斯温度，并用热电偶测量火炬温度。共四套。

所有的安装的设备能适应各种气候下的运行。投标人将提供所有CDM监测仪表的首次校准报告。投标人提供所有CDM监测仪表的使用手册、安装证书（生产厂家保修卡与安装日期）、校准证书、校准记录（包括校准步骤和两次校准间隔时间）以及相关培训。
5.2 投标人的设备及管道保留接地点，现场安装时，与厂区相应防雷接地网连接；所有非焊接联接处均做铜导线跨接。瓦斯预处理车间的现场电气设备均按Ⅱ类防爆区选防爆产品。
*5.3 在瓦斯预处理站4路入口管道上设有在线甲烷浓度监测仪，当甲烷浓度低于35%时报警，低于30%时切断阀门，停止瓦斯风机设备运行。
5.4 瓦斯预处理站4路DN1000进口支管上，及预处理10个单元出口，均单独设置阻火器。预处理与气罐之间的连接管路和预处理单元出口母管上均设有放散管，放散管高度符合相关行业标准。在预处理系统每个单元进口和出口均设置吹扫接口，设备启动或者停运时，业主可采用氮气置换瓦斯，确保安全。
在预处理系统出口母管设置有DN300安全阀和DN300、DN500自动放散阀各一组，还包括一组手动放散。上述接口均采用PN1.0法兰连接形式。
*5.5 瓦斯预处理站按厂房防爆要求分区域。预处理车间供设22个瓦斯检漏仪，同时配20台轴流通风机，通风换气按标准每小时12次设计。当瓦斯检漏仪监测超标一段0.5%时报警并打开通风系统，超标二段1%时报警并与阀门和设备连锁，关断阀门，停止所有设备。 原件下载：
