6 Detailed specification
6.1 Specification of gasses fan
1) Noise requirement: the noise in area within 1m to equipment crust shall be lower than 95dB (A), and the noise in area within 1m to factory building shall be lower than 80dB (A).
2) Vibration requirement: during the stable operation of compressor, the vertical, transverse or axial double-amplitude measured at any bearing bracket shall not exceed 0.025mm. Under the situation of passing critical speed, the max. amplitude value at bearing bracket shall not exceed 0.08mm.
3) Design service life of Roots fan shall not be less than 30 years.
4) Time between overhaul of Roots fan is not less than 3 years.
In addition, the imported Roots fan has the following advantages:
Small fluctuation of pressure and flow, stable flow;

Small thermal value, temperature rise, simple in consequence handling;

6.2 Basic technique requirement of fan auxiliary system
6.3 Electromotor specification
The matching motor of fan from XXXX is of ABB non-spark fire proof motor, with IP55 protection grade, ABB frequency converter. The shaft temperature and winding temperature of fan are monitored to ensure stable operation of fan under different loading conditions. The performance of fan is stable and reliable, and satisfy the following technical requirement.
1）The service life of electromotor is greater than 30 years. Within the service life, the allowable times of start & stop is not less than 15000, without any injurious deformation. The interval between overhauls is 5 years.
2）When electromotor runs under standard condition, the vibration value (DA) of bearing bracket in 3 coordinate directions (horizontal, vertical, axial) is less than 0.025mm.
3）The noise of electromotor is less than 90dBA.
4）Protection grade of motor casing is not lower than IP55.
5）When electromotor runs with overload, it will not cause rapid rise of winding temperature or damage to insulation.
6）Electromotor shall be of safe explosion-proof motor.
6.4 Auxiliary equipment specification
6.4.1 Valve, pipe and accessory specification
1） The pretreatment system's valve and valve plate is made of SS304 stainless steel, while flare system's valve is made of Q235 material according to the requirement of Bidding Documents. Valve pressure rating is PN1.0, and temperature grade is 100. The performance of valve complies with relevant national standards. The corrugated sheet of flame arrester is made of SS304 stainless steel, and casing made of carbon steel.
2） Pipeline: The main pipes of both pretreatment system and flare system are equipped with compensator and sliding support to cope with expansion and contraction of pipe system under different temperature conditions.
3） Safety guard: safety guard is provided over all exposed rotating parts as joint between Roots fan and electromotor, and joint between motor and water circulating pump.
6.4.2 Filter
1） Filter body has max. working pressure 60kPa, design pressure 80kPa, test pressure 100kPa.
2） Cylinder is made of SS304 stainless steel.
3） Filtration area satisfy the gasses volume required by normal operation of machine set, with initial operation pressure no less than 2kPa.
6.4.3 Crane
3 sets of monorail electric block are provided in pretreatment factory building.
1） Max. lifting height 9m, with reasonable running speed, satisfying equipment installation, inspection, maintenance and repair.
2） Ground line control mode.
3） Effective loads are 1T, 1T and 10T respectively, which is far more than those of equipment to be lifted. Its shock load allowance is sufficient, and is capable of withstanding dynamic load and static load, as well as external force due to shock.
4） The running gear of crane is designed to collide buffer with full speed running in case of power off.
5） The blast resistant construction of crane (incl. ground control case) is equipped with reliable braking, spacing, overload protection, power loss protection, overflowing protection, short-circuit protection, field-loss protection etc. The arrangement of factory building layout shall take into consideration of lifting in inspection and repair to avoid lifting with load over other systems, or potential safety hazard.
The supply line of crane will be mobile cable.
6 详细的技术规格
XXXX瓦斯风机采用原装进口罗茨风机，满足以下技术要求：
1) 噪声要求：距设备外壳1.0m处测得的噪声低于95dB（A），厂房外1m测得的噪声低于80dB（A）。
2） 振动要求：压缩机在稳定运行的任何工况下，在任何轴承座上测得的垂直、横向和轴向的双振幅值不超过0.025mm。通过临界转速时，轴承座上振幅值最大不得超过0.08mm。
3） 罗茨风机设计使用寿命不低于30年期。
4） 罗茨风机大修间隔不少于3年。
另外进口罗茨风机还具有以下优点：
压力波动，流量变化小，流量稳定；
多台并联运行，流量损失小；
密封好；
发热量小，温升小，后续处理简单；
升压能力强，升压范围广，能适应系统变化；
无喘振区；
齿轮油润滑，系统简洁；

6.2 风机的辅机系统基本技术要求
XXXX采用进口罗茨风机加压，风机润滑油主要润滑齿轮和轴承，风机配有齿轮润滑油箱，油箱结构为水冷套结构，无须另配润滑油冷却器系统，只需接入循环冷却水即可。
6.3 电动机技术规格
XXXX风机配套主电机采用ABB无火花防爆电机，防护等级IP55，变频器采用ABB品牌。电机设置轴温监测和绕组温度监测，确保电机在不同负荷状况下，稳定运行。电机性能稳定、可靠完全满足以下技术要求。
1）电动机寿命期大于30年，电动机在全寿命期内允许起停次数不小于15000次，且不产生有害变形。大修间隔为5年。
2）电动机在额定工况下运行时，轴承座在三个座标方向（水平、垂直、轴向）振动值（双倍振幅）<0.025mm。
3）电动机的噪音小于90dBA。
4）电动机外壳防护等级不低于IP55。
5）电动机在过负荷工况运行时，不会引起绕组温度迅速上升而损坏绝缘。
6）电动机应为安全防爆电动机。
6.4.1 阀门、管道及附件技术规格
4） 预处理系统的阀门阀板采用SS304不锈钢材料，火炬系统阀门按标书要求采用Q235材料。阀门压力等级为PN1.0，温度等级为100℃，技术性能符合国家相关技术标准要求。阻火器的的波纹板采用SS304不锈钢材料，壳体为碳钢。
5） 管道：预处理系统和火炬系统母管均设置相应的补偿器、滑动支座，确保管路系统热、冷状态下的膨胀和收缩。
6） 安全罩：在主要罗茨风机和电机的连接处、电机与循环水泵的连接处等外露转动部分都设有安全罩。
6.4.2 过滤器
4） 过滤器壳体，运行压力最大60kPa，设计压力为80kPa，试验压力为100kPa。
5） 筒体材质采用SS304不锈钢材料。
6） 过滤面积满足机组正常运行的气量要求，初始运行压力小于2kPa。
6.4.3起重机
在预处理厂房内，设置了三套单轨电动葫芦。
6） 起吊最大高度按9米配置，运行速度合理，满足设备的安装、检修要求。
7） 采取地面线控方式。
8） 有效载荷分别为1T、1T、10T；远远大于被起吊设备重量，冲击载荷余量充足，完全可以承受动静荷载以及由于碰击所引起的外力。
9） 起重机的运行机构的设计允许在空载全速运行时，在断电的情况下与缓冲器碰撞。
10） 起重机防爆结构（包括地面控制盒），配套可靠的制动、限位、超载保护、失电保护、过流保护、短路保护、失磁保护等措施。厂区平面布置时，充分考虑检修起吊问题，无须带负荷穿越其他系统，杜绝安全隐患。
