11. Shipping Conditions
11.1 If it is CIF/CIP Contract:
1) The Seller shall be responsible to arrange for booking a space, transporting, paying for freight, and delivering the goods on the agreed date as stipulated in the Contract.
2) The date on the Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill shall be deemed as the date of delivery.
3) Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the goods shall not be transported on the deck, nor can the goods be re-transferred.
4) The transportation vehicle used shall be from Qualified Country/Region of Origin.
5) The destination port/project site shall be specified in the Special Terms of the Contract.
11.2 If it is EXW Contract:
1) The Seller shall be responsible to arrange for inland transportation but the freight shall be paid by the Buyer.
2) The date on the receipt issued by relevant transportation department shall be deemed as the date of delivery.
11.3 If it is FOB/FCA contract:
1) The Seller shall be responsible to arrange for booking a space and transportation, but the freight shall be paid by the Buyer.
2) The date on the Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill shall be deemed as the date of delivery.
3) Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the goods shall not be transported on the deck, nor can the goods be re-transferred.
4) The transportation vehicle used shall be from Qualified Country/Region of Origin.
5) The destination port/project site shall be specified in the Special Terms of the Contract.
11.4 The goods the Seller ships shall not be in excess of the quantity or weight as stipulated in the Contract, otherwise the Buyer bears no responsibility for such cost and consequence.
12. Shipping Notice
12.1 If it is CIF/CIP Contract:
1) The Seller shall notify the Buyer by telegraph, telex or fax of the Contract number, the name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3) before the planned date of shipping, namely 30 days before shipping by sea or 7 days before by air, and notify the Buyer on the date the goods are prepared on the shipping port for transportation. Meantime the Seller shall deliver five copies of detailed cargo list by airmail, including Contract number, the name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3), size of the box (length× width× height), unit price, total value, shipping port, date of goods prepared for shipping, and special requirements and notes for the transportation and storage of the goods.
2) The Seller shall notify the Buyer, within 24 hours after completing shipment by telegraph, telex or fax, of name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3), value stated in the invoice, name of the transportation means, departure date and the date predicted to arrive at the destination port. If the weight of each package box exceeds 20 tons or the volume exceeds 12m in length, 2.7m in width, 3m in height, the Seller shall notify the Buyer the weight and volume. 11.1如果是CIF／CIP合同：
1)卖方应负责安排订舱位、运输和支付运费，以确保按照合同规定的交货期交货。
2)提单／空运提单日期应视为实际交货日期。
3)除非另行同意，货物不能放在甲板上运输，也不能转运。
4)承运的运输工具应来自合格来源国/地区。
5)目的港／项目现场在合同专用条款中有规定。
11.2如果是EXW合同：
1)卖方应负责安排内陆运输，但由买方支付运费。
2)有关运输部门出具的收据的日期应视为交货日期。
11.3如果是FOB／FCA合同：
1)卖方可负责安排订舱位、运输，但由买方支付运费。
2)提单／空运提单日期应视为实际交货日期。
3)除非另行同意，货物不能放在甲板上运输，也不能转运。
4)承运的运输工具应来自合格来源国／地区。
5)目的港／项目现场在合同专用条款中有规定。
11.4卖方装运的货物不应超过合同规定的数量或重量。否则，买方对由此产生的一切费用和后果不承担责任。
12.1如果是CIF／CIP合同：
1)卖方应在预计的装运日期之前，即海运前30日或空运前7日以电报或电传或传真形式将合同号、货物名称、数量、箱数、总毛重、总体积(用m3表示)和在装运口岸备妥待运日期通知买方，同时，卖方应用航空信把详细的货物清单一式5份，包括合同号、货物名称、规格、数量、总体积(用m3表示)、每箱尺寸(长×宽×高)、单价、总金额、启运口岸、备妥待运日期和货物在运输、储存中的特殊要求和注意事项等寄给买方。
2)卖方应在货物装船完成后24小时之内以电报或电传或传真形式将合同号、货物名称、数量、毛重、体积(用m3表示)、发票金额、运输工具名称、启运日期和预计到达目的港的日期通知买方。如果每个包装箱的重量超过20吨(t)或体积达到或超过长12米(m)、宽2.7米(m)和高3米(m)，卖方应将每个包装箱的重量和体积通知买方，易燃品或危险品的细节还应另行注明。 原件下载：
