12.2 If it is EXW Contract:
1) The Seller shall notify the Buyer by telegraph, telex or fax of the Contract number, the name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3) before the planned date of shipping, namely 30 days before shipping by sea or 7 days before by air, and notify the Buyer on the date the goods are prepared on the shipping port for transportation. Meantime the Seller shall deliver five copies of detailed cargo list by airmail, including Contract number, the name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3), size of the box (length× width× height), unit price, total value, shipping port, date of goods prepared for shipping, and special requirements and notes for the transportation and storage of the goods.
2) The Seller shall notify the Buyer, within 24 hours after completing shipment by telegraph, telex or fax, of name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3), value stated in the invoice, name of the transportation means, departure date and the date predicted to arrive at the destination port. If the weight of each package box exceeds 20 tons or the volume exceeds 12m in length, 2.7m in width, 3m in height, the Seller shall notify the Buyer the weight and volume. The details of Flammable or hazardous materials shall stated separately.
3)Under EXW Contract，if the Seller delays in notifying the Buyer the above information by telegraph, telex or fax and it results in the failure of the Buyer to provide insurance promptly, the seller shall be responsible for all the incurred loss.
12.3 If it is FOB/FCA contract:
1) The Seller shall notify the Buyer by telegraph, telex or fax of the Contract number, the name of goods, quantity, number of boxes, gross weight, total volume (in m3) before the planned date of shipping, namely 30 days before shipping by sea or 7 days before by air, and notify the Buyer on the date the goods are prepared on the shipping port for transportation. 12.2 如果是EXW合同：
1)卖方应在预计的装运日期之前，即铁路／公路／水运前21日或空运前7日以电报或电传或传真形式将合同号、货物名称、数量、箱数、总毛重、总体积(用m3表示)和备妥待运的日期通知买方，同时，卖方应用挂号信把详细的货物清单一式5份，包括合同号、货物名称、规格、数量、总毛重、总体积(用m3表示)、每箱尺寸(长×宽×高)、单价、总金额、启运口岸、备妥待运日期和货物在运输、储存中的特殊要求和注意事项等通知买方。
2)卖方应在货物装完后24小时之内以电报或电传或传真形式将合同号、货物名称、数量、总毛重、体积(用m3表示)、发票金额、运输方式（铁路/公路/水运/航空）、运输工具名称、启运日期和预计到达目的港的日期通知买方。如果每个包装箱的重量超过20吨(t)，或体积达到或超过长 12米(m)，宽2.7米(m)和高3米(m)，卖方应将每个包装箱的重量和体积通知买方，易燃品或危险品的细节还应另行注明。
3)在EXW合同项下，如果是因为卖方延误不能用电报或电传或传真形式将上述内容通知买方，使买方不能及时办理保险，由此而造成的全部损失应由卖方负责。
12.3 如果是FOB／FCA合同：
