Description for the Project of
AGCO Perimeter Surveillance & Control System
Constituent and function of the system:
1. The system is mainly composed of 10 infrared video cameras and a 16-channel video server, with maximum capacity of connecting 16 video cameras.
2. The host of the video server must be on always, unattended, and its harddisk can record not less 14 days by estimate. When the disk is full, the oldest recorded data will be covered automatically.
3. The video server will get access to network. Any computers within local area network can look for and view the pictures took by front-end video cameras in the system by means of the video server after client software is installed.
4. Single, four, six, nine, twelve, or sixteen pictures can be shown at the same time when viewing pictures on user’s computers.
5. At Entrance Guard, one computer with access to the factory local network can be used for viewing all pictures.
6. Among Taiwan AVTECH infrared video cameras, KPC149E’s infrared night vision distance is the longest, with nominal distance of 50m and actual distance of about 40m. For camera lens, focus is 8mm, horizontal view angle is about 35 degrees, direction is adjustable on actual circumstances.
7. Equipment will be guaranteed for one year from the date into use, maintained for lifetime.
8. If an omnidirectional spherical video camera is used in southwest corner of B1 Office Building, circumstances in passages, on the square and at the entrance can be surveyed and controlled, objects in the distance can be zoomed in so that a person’s face or a licence plate of a vehicle can be seen clearly.
Cable laying:
1. A video camera is connected through a video cable to the video server in the host computer room. There are 10 video cables altogether.
2. Consumed power of a video camera is about 20W. A power cable can be used for 5 cameras. Considering maintenance and load, 2 channels for power supply are suggested. Power supply is from the host computer room.
3. Supports for the video cameras are wall-mounted. An outdoor waterproof connection box shall be mounted beside every video camera, used for regulated power supply, surge protection devices and wiring connection.
4. It is suggested that camera video cable link is equipped with video surge protection devices. If the devices are placed on the site, there must be reliable grounding points. If grounding on the site is impossible, the devices may be placed at the video server in the computer room, for grounding there.
5. In this system, only one or two network cables (one of which is for standby) must be laid at Entrance Guard in addition to power supply.
6. In this listing, quantity of cables is estimated.

方案说明
系统组成及功能：
1、整套系统主要由10台红外摄像机、1台16路视频服务器组成。系统最大容量可接16路摄像机。
2、视频服务器主机需24小时开机，无人值守，硬盘录像时间估计不少于14天。录像数据满后自动覆盖前期数据。
3、方案采用视频服务器一台接入网络，所有局域网内电脑安装客户端软件后均可通过访问视频服务器来调看本系统中前端摄像机所拍摄的图像。
4、用户电脑调看图像可单、四、六、九、十二、十六等多种方式分割同时显示。
5、门卫处只需配置一台电脑接入厂内局域网即可调看所有画面。
6、台湾AVTECH红外摄像机目前生产的产品只有KPC149E红外夜视距离最远，标称距离50米，实际有效距离约40米。镜头焦距8mm，水平视角约35度，朝向根据实际情况调整。
7、系统设备免费质保期为投用之日起壹年，终生维修。
8、若B1办公楼西南角换成全方位球形摄像机，则可全方位监控通道、广场、入口等情况，并可放大拉近远处物体，看清人脸或车牌等。
线缆敷设：
1、 每台摄像机通过一根视频电缆汇总连到主机房视频服务器处。共10根视频电缆。
2、 每台摄像机功耗约20W，电源线可以5台共用一根，考虑检修及负荷，建议分2路供电，由主机房内空余空开供电。
3、 摄像机支架为墙装式，每个摄像机旁安装一个室外防水接线箱，供放置稳压电源、视频防雷器以及接线使用。
4、 摄像机视频电缆链路中建议配置视频防雷器，如果视频防雷器放置在现场，则必须在现场要求有可靠接地点。如现场接地有困难，可将视频防雷器放置在机房视频服务器处，在机房处接地。
5、本系统中，厂区门卫处除电源外，只需敷设1~2根网线即可（其中一根备用）。
