Dinesh Choithramani – Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Dinesh has led XXXX’s development since the beginning. He establishes the company’s direction and strategically directs the development and operation of the company. His skills in securing partnerships and developing relationships are vital to the expansion of the business. Dinesh is also a Certified Food Educator from the Food Studies Institute (FSI) in US, a non-profit organization devoted to improving the long-term health of children and their families. Dinesh was personally trained by the founder of FSI, Dr. Antonia Demas, whose award-winning curriculum Food is Elementary (FIE) educates children about food and nutrition in a way that is fun, hands-on and sensory-based. Dinesh’s obsession with coffee and desserts led him to participate in the prestigious Università del Caffè Di Trieste, Italy. His ‘Desserts’ page on Facebook has grown to over 30,000 fans. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Business Economics from Brown University.
Etienne Irazoqui – Chief Culinary Officer
Etienne is an international acclaimed pastry chef with over 20 years of experience working in some of the top restaurants and hotels around the world. Etienne designs XXXX series of fabulous plated desserts and pastries. The desserts reflect the sophisticated yet offbeat personality of XXXX, desserts that are different to the norm and fun. Etienne is in-charge of the food production of XXXX and ensuring the entire operation is run under a stringent hygiene and food safety policy. Etienne's working experience also involved teaching responsibilities as a chef instructor in Le Cordon Bleu in Canada and collaborated with Alain Ducasse at the Ederun Colleges. He has been educated in Pastry and Confectionery at Le Centre de Formation d'Apprenti in France. He was recently Head Pastry Chef for Pierre Gagnaire at the prestigious award-winning restaurant Sketch, ranked the 18th best restaurant in the world by Restaurant magazine. While at Sketch, he had the honour of designing and making the birthday cake for Madonna.
Patrick Miu – Chief Operating Officer
Patrick oversees the day-to-day operations. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in auditing and accounting at firms such as Ernst and Young in Canada and later as VP for CA, (formerly Computer Associates), managing the Asia Pacific region. Patrick offers an exceptional blend of exposure in commercial accounting, professional auditing, operations and compliance as well as regional experience in Asia. Patrick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with high distinction from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Laws degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in UK.
Jean-Charles Devillard – Executive Chef
Executive Chef of XXXX with over ten years of Professional Chef Experience including at some Michelin Stars restaurants, Jean Charles has an extensive knowledge in all areas of restaurant and hotel operations. His experience includes the training of staff, organizing the kitchen and coordinating activities. Knowledge in French cuisine, Jean Charles also has outstanding skills in cooking, knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques and quality standards and along with inventory and ordering methods.
Becky Ho – Head of Catering and Events
Becky brings to XXXX a 5-star corporate sales track record. With sales experience at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental and Island Shangri-la hotels in Hong Kong, Becky has built a very strong relationship with Hong Kong’s top corporate customers. While engaging existing clients, Becky has continued to explore opportunities with clients to create a positive and memorable experience. Becky holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
Maggie Ching – Head of Finance
Maggie handles all the financial and contractual arrangements on XXXX’s behalf. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Boston University, focusing in Finance and Marketing. On top of her nearly 10 years’ experience in business operations, Maggie is also a graduate of the Coffee Expert Program at the Universita Del Caffe Di Trieste, Italy, as well as a Certified Food Educator from FSI.

Etienne是一名享有国际盛誉的糕点师,拥有全球各地顶级餐馆与酒店中20多年的工作经验。Etienne为XXXX设计了一系列奇巧精美的装盘甜品与糕点。这些甜品别具匠心、意趣横生,体现了XXXX圆熟练达、同时又不落窠臼的个性。Etienne主管着XXXX 的食品生产,并确保整个生产过程都符合公司在卫生和食品安全方面的严格规定。Etienne还在加拿大的法式蓝带学院(Le Cordon Bleu)担任过厨师讲师,并在伊德润学院(Ederun Colleges)与Alain Ducasse 合作。他在法国学工培训中心(Le Centre de Formation d'Apprenti)接受过糕点糖果专业的教育。新近他在享有盛誉的一流餐馆Sketch中担任了Pierre Gagnaire的首席糕点厨师长(Sketch由《餐馆》杂志评选为全球第十八名最佳餐馆)。在Sketch供职期间,他有幸为麦当娜设计并制作了生日蛋糕。

Jean-Charles Devillard – 行政总厨师长(Executive Chef)
Executive Chef of XXXX的行政总厨师长Jean Charles具备十年以上的专业厨师长经验,曾在一些Michelin星级餐馆(Michelin Stars)中就职,对餐馆与酒店营运的所有领域都有着深入的了解。他曾经从事过员工培训、厨房的组织与活动的协调。Jean Charles不仅熟知法式烹饪,还拥有高超的烹调技艺以及对食品制备、陈列方式、技术与质量标准、库存与订货方法方面的丰富知识。
Becky Ho –餐饮与礼宾总长( Head of Catering and Events )
Becky为XXXX带来5星级企业销售经验。凭借在香港著名的文华东方酒店(Mandarin Oriental)和港岛香格里拉酒店(Island Shangrila)中的销售经验,Becky与香港顶级企业客户建立起了牢固的关系。在与现有客户打交道的同时, Becky不断地挖掘与客户合作的新机遇,以获取成果,使彼此受益。Becky在波士顿大学获学士学位。
Maggie Ching – 财务总长(Head of Finance)
Maggie代表XXXX处理所有财务和合约方面的事务。Maggie在波士顿大学获商业管理学士学位,主修金融与营销。出了拥有将近十年的商业营运经验外, Maggie还是意大利Universita Del Caffe Di Trieste咖啡专家教程(Coffee Expert Program)的毕业生,同时也是FSI的认证食品教育家。
