Parent Tube of Hot Tube

C. System Description
① Frame
The frame is steel structure components. It is welded by profile steel and angle steel. Its technical requirements satisfy the technical conditions.
② Parent Tube of Hot Tube
a. The parent tube is φ48×4 low and medium pressure boiler tube, with the material of 20G.
b. Passivation by acid pickling and alkali washing the internal and external of the parent tube are adopted to prevent the corrosion; the wall temperature of the tube an be adjusted through adjusting the heat exchange area at the cold and hot ends of the hot tube to avoid the maximum corrosion area.
c. Hot tubes are welded on the tube plate at the middle of the equipment. Both ends of the tubes are protected by bushing. The form of intermediate fixing and free ends is adopted. Thus when the hot tube is deforming, it only stretches up and down without large vibration. In this way, the expansion and drifting of hot tube while heating or impacting by air flow can be avoided, and the damaging of welding seam caused by the vibration of tubes can also be avoided.
d. The temperature of working medium in the tube can be reduced by adjusting the heat exchange area at the cold and hot ends of the hot tube. In other way, the working medium in the tube can be changed to improve the temperature resistant ability of the working medium and guarantee the high temperature of flue gas. In this way, the bursting of tube can be prevented when the pressure in the tube is increasing, and the normal operation of the system is guaranteed.
③ Fins of Hot Tube
a. The material of fins of hot tube is 08AL or 08F.
b. Due to the scouring of dust at the side of flue gas, the thickness of fin is selected as 1.2mm and their space is 10mm; due to the cleanness of air and gas, the thickness of fin is selected as 1.0mm, and their space is 8mm.
 
④. Tube Plate
The material of tube plate satisfies the technical conditions. The gas preheater is welded in isolation by double tube plate to guarantee the safety performance of the equipment.
⑤. Dimension of Equipment
The structures of all dimensions of the equipment are properly designed to satisfy the requirements and guarantee the safety of production and operation.
 
⑥ Dust Cleaning System
a. The flue gas and gas contain dust. So dust cleaning system is suggested to be installed on the box body while arranging the tubes;
b. For the convenience of cleaning, manholes and passages for the flushing are equipped at the inlet and outlet of flue gas from the heat exchanger;
c. To drain the mechanical water contained in the gas, drainage hole is set at the bottom to avoid the corrosion of heat exchange tube.
⑦ Working Medium of Heat Exchanger
The working medium of heat exchanger is properly filled. It is economic and effective. The heat exchange effect can be guaranteed.
V. Economic Analysis of the Project
1. Hot tube heat exchanger of 1670m3 blast furnace hot blast stove
Air preheater:
The heat recovery of the equipment in each hour is 3450Kw, totally 297×104Kcal/h. Calculating according to the calorific value 7000Kcal/Kg of standard coal, 424Kg standard coal can be economized in each hour.
Gas preheater:
The heat recovery of the equipment in each hour is 4170Kw, totally 359×104Kcal/h. Calculating according to the calorific value 7000Kcal/Kg of standard coal, 512Kg standard coal can be economized in each hour.  
One set of blast furnace air and gas preheater can economize 936Kg standard coal in each hour.
2. Hot tube heat exchanger of 4019m3 blast furnace hot blast stove
Air preheater:
The heat recovery of the equipment in each hour is 9640Kw, totally 829×104Kcal/h. Calculating according to the calorific value 7000Kcal/Kg of standard coal, 1184Kg standard coal can be economized in each hour.
Gas preheater:
The heat recovery of the equipment in each hour is 7760Kw, totally 667×104Kcal/h. Calculating according to the calorific value 7000Kcal/Kg of standard coal, 953Kg standard coal can be economized in each hour.
One set of blast furnace air and gas preheater can economize 2137Kg standard coal in each hour.
In total, these three sets of equipments can economize 5210 Kg standard coal in each hour.

C、系统说明
①、框架
框架为钢结构件,采用型钢和角钢焊接,技术要求满足技术条件。
、热管基管
a、基管采用φ48×4低中压锅炉管,材质20G。
b、基管内外首先进行酸洗、碱洗钝化成膜的方法来防止腐蚀;调整热管冷热端的换热面积来调整管的壁温,避开最大腐蚀区
c、热管焊接在设备中间的管板上,两端套管保护,采用中间固定、两端为自由端的形式,使热管变形时只是自由上下伸缩,不产生大的振动,防止热管在受热和气流冲击时膨胀、蹿动,从而引起管束振动,造成管束焊缝破坏。
d、采用调整热管冷热端的换热面积降低管内工作介质温度,或者改变管内工作介质,提高介质耐温能力的方法,保证烟气温度过高,管内压力增高时不产生爆裂现象,使系统正常运行。
③、热管翅片
a、热管用翅片材质选用08AL或08F。
b、由于烟气侧有灰尘冲刷,所以翅片厚度1.2mm,间距10mm;而空气、煤气比较干净所以翅片厚度选1.0mm,间距8mm。
 
④、管板
管板材质要求满足技术条件,煤气预热器采用双管板隔离焊接,保证设备安全性能。
、设备尺寸
设备各项尺寸设计结构合理,保证要求,设备的布置安全可靠,保证
 
生产运行安全性。
⑥、清灰系统
a、考虑烟气和煤气含有灰尘,布置管束时,建议箱体上布置清灰系统;
b、在换热器烟气的进出口上开设可进入冲洗的人孔、通道,便于清理;
c、为排除煤气所含的机械水,在底部设置排污孔,避免对换热管造成腐蚀;
⑦、换热器工作介质
换热器工作介质合理填充,且经济、有效,保证换热效果。
五、项目经济分析
11670m3高炉热风炉热管换热器
空气预热器:
设备每小时回收热量3450Kw,合297×104Kcal/h,按标煤的发热量7000Kcal/Kg计算,每小时可以节标煤424Kg。
煤气预热器:
设备每小时回收热量4170Kw,合359×104Kcal/h,按标煤的发热量7000Kcal/Kg计算,每小时可以节标煤512Kg。
    一套高炉的空气煤气换热器共计节约标煤936Kg/h。
