1.1.8.1       防空转试验   Anti-Idling Test

列车在静止状态满级加速起动,在加速过程中持续向轨面喷洒减摩液。
The train was started in full-staged acceleration from static state, and anti-friction liquid was continuously sprayed on the rail surface during the acceleration process.
在2009年9月13日晚~9月14日凌晨进行的防空转试验中,出现出现了动车组防空转功能失控现象。经过厂家的深入调查分析,认为是列车参考速度的确定逻辑出现了混乱。在9月15日晚~9月16日凌晨的试验中,厂家对列车参考速度的逻辑进行修改。当天对软件修改前及修改后的防空转功能均进行了试验验证。
Anti-idling test was conducted from the night of September 13, 2009 to the wee hours of September 14. The anti-idling function of the MU was out of control.  Through further investigation and analysis by the manufacturer, it is thought that the determining logic of reference speed of train was confused.  During the test from the night of September 15 to the wee hours of September 16, the manufacturer modified the reference speed of the train.  At that day, the anti-idling function was tested and validated before and after modifying the software.
图2.4-2为软件修改前的试验曲线,加速约55s后,列车速度仅为92km/h,而Mc2车1、2轴速度已上升至180km/h,可见MCM防空转功能、加速度限制功能已完全丧失;同时由于ATP、LKJ显示速度采用的是前进方向Mc2车的轴速信号,速度表显示数值已经不可信。通过厂家提供的列车参考速度信号可以看到,列车参考速度与最高空转速度一致。
The testing curve before modifying the software is shown in Fig.2.4-2. After accelerating for about 55s, the speed of the train is only 92km/h, while the speed of axles 1 and 2 of car Mc2 has increased to 180km/h. We can see that the anti-idling function of MCM and the acceleration restriction function are completely lost; meanwhile, the speed displayed by the ATP and LKJ are axle speed signal from car Mc2 in the forwarding direction, so the displayed value of speed can not be trusted anymore.  We can see from the reference speed signal of train provided by the manufacturer that the reference speed of train is consistent with the maximum idling speed.

1.1.8.2       防滑行试验      Anti-Sliding Test

2009年9月15日晚~9月16日凌晨进行了3次7级复合制动防滑行试验,制动过程中持续向轨面喷洒减摩液。试验曲线分别见图2.4-6、2.4-7、2.4-8。三次试验中,当滑行时间较长时,MCM均自动封锁,防滑行功能由空气系统实现,在司机显示屏的机械制动界面可以看到Mc2车发生滑行的轴电制动封锁,机械制动力变化调节。
From the night of September 15, 2009 to the wee hours of September 16, seven-staged composite braking anti-sliding test was conducted for three times. And anti-friction liquid was continuously sprayed to the rail surface during the braking process.  The testing curves are shown in Fig.2.4-6, Fig.2.4-7 and Fig.2.4-8.  During all three tests, MCM would automatically blocked if the sliding time is long enough. The anti-sliding function is realized by the air system. The axle electric braking blocking and the variation regulation of mechanical braking force during the sliding of car Mc2 can be seen on the mechanical braking interface of the driver’s display screen.
 

1.1.9              试验结论  Test conclusion

动车组防空转功能正常。
The anti-idling function of the MU is normal.
动车组动轴发生持续滑行时,电制动会发生封锁,此时防滑功能由空气系统实现。
During the continuous sliding of driving axle of MU, the electric brake will block, at this time, the anti-sliding function can be realized by the air system.
试验后,未出现擦轮或者钢轨擦伤现象,符合试验大纲要求。
After the test, there are no wheel friction or rail scratching problems, and this complies with the requirements of the test outline.
