1.2.10          试验条件  Test condition

试验地点:胶济线;Testing place: Jinan-Qingdao Railway;
试验时间:2009年9月13日、15日; Test time:  September 13 and 15, in 2009
试验对象:CRH1-062E号动车组;Testing object: No.CRH1-062E MU;
天气情况:晴、风速小于1.5m/s。
Weather conditions: clear day with the wind speed of less than 1.5m/s.

1.2.12          试验方法Test method

选择定速模式,设置动车组速度分别为50km/h、80km/h、110km/h、200km/h、250km/h,记录动车组速度变化。
Select constant speed mode, set the speed of MU as 50km/h, 80km/h, 110km/h, 200km/h and 250km/h, and record the speed variation of MU.

动车组在运行过程中实施最大牵引转惰行、最大牵引转最大制动、惰行转制动、惰行转牵引、制动转牵引、制动转惰行的操作,记录转换过程中的动车组速度变化情况。

1.2.13          试验评定    Test Evaluation

定速运行时,动车组可平稳控制;
During constant speed running, the MU should be steadily controlled;
速度误差不超过设定速度值±2km/h;
The speed error should not surpass ±2km/h of the set value;
牵引、惰行、制动工况转换时无大的冲击,纵向冲击不超过0.75m/s3
There should be no large impact during the transferring among traction, idle running and braking conditions. And the longitudinal impact should not exceed 0.75m/s3.

1.2.14          试验结果  Test result

动车组定速50km/h时的速度、功率曲线见图2.5-1。从图中可以看出,当定速手柄放置50km/h后,动车组速度由高速逐渐降至50km/h并稳定运行,电机电制功率随着速度的降低逐渐减小;当速度稳定在50km/h时,电机牵引功率趋于稳定;当动车组处于上坡时电机牵引功率略有增加,动车组运行稳定。
Please refer to Fig.2.5-1 for the speed and power curves while the constant speed of the MU is 50km/h.  From the Figure we can see that while the constant speed handle is placed at 50km/h, the speed of MU will gradually drop to 50km/h and it will steadily run. The electric braking power of motor gradually reduces with the reducing of speed. After the speed is steadied at 50km/h, the traction power of motor becomes stable. If the MU is at upslope, the traction power of motor will be slightly increased, and the MU is still running steadily.
在试验过程中实施惰行转最大牵引、牵引转惰行、惰行转七级最大常用制动等操作,通过对速度进行2次微分得到列车纵向冲击率,试验曲线见图2.5-6和图2.5-7。可见列车纵向冲击率满足试验大纲要求。
The operations of idle running to maximum traction, traction to idle running, idle running to seven-staged maximum common braking, etc. were conducted during the testing process. The longitudinal impact rate of train is obtained through second order differential of the speed. The testing curves are shown in Fig.2.5-6 and Fig.2.5-7.  We can see that the longitudinal impact rate of train satisfies the requirements of the test outline.
