1.3 动车组惰行阻力试验Test for MU Idle Running Resistance
1.3.1 试验目的 Test aim
试验目的是测试列车在空旷线路上的运行阻力，按 形式给出阻力公式。
The test aim is to measure the running resistance of train on open rail and obtain resistance formula according to the form.

1.3.3 试验条件Test condition
试验对象：CRH1-062E动车组，额定载荷；
Testing object: CRH1-062E MU with rated load;
试验地点：胶济线；
Testing place: Jinan-Qingdao Railway;
试验时间及天气情况：
Testing time and weather conditions:
2009年9月14日夜间~9月15日凌晨：阴，风速1.2m/s；
From the night of September 14, 2009 to the wee hours of September 15, cloudy, with the wind speed of 1.2m/s;
2009年9月15日夜间~9月16日凌晨：阴，风速0.8m/s。
From the night of September 15, 2009 to the wee hours of September 16, cloudy, with the wind speed of 0.8m/s.
1.3.4 试验方法 Test method Test method
动车组以指定速度(250km/h～10km/h)到达指定地点时，手柄回0位，切除MCM，开始采集，动车组驶出平直道后，停止试验记录。
After the MU is reaching to specified place with the specified speed (250km/h～10km/h), place the handle at “0” position, switch off the MCM, start the collection, and stop the testing record after the MU is running away from the straight rail.
记录时间和速度变化值。动车组单位基本惰行阻力求取公式为：
Record the variations of time and speed. The formula for the basic idle running resistance of MU is:

回转质量系数（根据动态质量计算）；
rotary quality coefficient (computed according to dynamic quality);
单位惰行基本阻力，单位为N/t；
unit basic idle running resistance, whose unit is N/t;
计算步长，单位为s；
step length computed, whose unit is s;
内的速度变化值，单位为km/h。
speed variation within , whose unit is km/h.
其中动态质量＝静态质量＋72t。回归各点 得出动车组单位基本惰行阻力曲线。
The dynamic quality ＝ static quality + 72t. Regress the of all points to obtain the unit basic idle running resistance curve of the MU.
绘制 单位基本阻力曲线。
Plot the basic unit resistance curve.
对不同速度下阻力值，按最小二乘法回归成形式为 的阻力公式。
For resistances under different speeds, regress to the resistance formula with the form of according to the least square method.
1.3.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
动车组各个速度下的惰行基本阻力不大于： （N）
The basic idle running resistance at each speed of MU should not be more than: (N)
此处，是针对最大正常重量的列车，R为阻力，单位为N，v为速度，单位km/h。
This formula is aiming at the train with the maximum normal weight, R is the resistance with the unit of N; v is the speed with the unit of km/h.
1.3.6 试验结果 Test result
根据惰行时的速度、时间计算减速度得到250km/h~5km/h的基本惰行阻力，回归曲线见图2.7-1。
Calculate the deceleration according to the speed and time of idle running, obtain the basic idle running resistance from 250km/h to 5km/h, please refer to Fig.2.7-1 for the regression curve.
