3.1.6 试验评定Test Evaluation
1)紧急制动试验Emergency braking test
制动距离应符合下述要求:
The braking distance should meet the following requirements:
制动初速度:250 km/h,制动距离不大于3200 m;
Initial braking speed: 250 km/h, braking distance: S≤3,200 m;
制动初速度:200 km/h,制动距离不大于2000 m;
Initial braking speed: 200 km/h, braking distance: S≤2,000 m;
制动初速度:160 km/h,制动距离不大于1400 m;
Initial braking speed: 160 km/h, braking distance: S≤1,400 m;
2)常用制动试验 Test for common braking
动车组复合制动控制功能正常,动车优先使用动力制动,动力制动不足和停止工作时,不足的制动力部分由空气制动进行补充。
The control function of composite braking of MU should be normal. The mortar car should use dynamic braking in priority. If the dynamic braking is insufficient and stopped working, the insufficient part of braking force should be supplemented by air braking.
3)安全制动试验Safety braking test
制动距离满足1)中所列标准。
The braking distance should satisfy the standards listed in clause 1).
3.1.7 试验结果 Test result
1)常用制动7级运行试验
Test for common braking seven-staged running
常用7级复合制动试验结果见表3.2-1,常用7级空气制动试验结果见表3.2-2;
Please refer to Table 3.2-1 for the testing results of common seven-staged composite braking, and Table 3.2-2 for the testing results of common seven-staged air braking;
3.1.8 试验结论 Test conclusion
1)常用制动试验 Test for common braking
CRH1-E动车组常用制动控制功能正常,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The control function of common braking of CRH1-E MU is normal, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
2)紧急制动试验Emergency braking test
动车组各速度级紧急制动距离均小于规定的标准,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The emergency braking distances of the MU in all speeds are less than the specified standards, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
3)安全制动试验 Safety braking test
动车组各速度级安全制动距离均小于规定的标准,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The safety braking distances of the MU in all speeds are less than the specified standards, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
3.1 运行稳定性试验 Test for Running Stability
3.1.1 试验目的 Test aim
检验CRH1型时速200~250公里16辆编组卧车动车组在运用线路条件下(包括直线、道岔、曲线及缓和曲线)与轮轨力有关的运行稳定性是否满足试验大纲的要求。
Check if the running stability relevant to wheel-rail force under the line conditions (including straight rail, turnout, curved rail and gentle curved rail) of 16 marshalling sleeper MU with the model of CRH1 and the speed between 200 and 250km satisfies the requirements of the test outline.

3.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
1) 被试车辆 Tested cars
BST公司生产的时速200~250公里16辆编组卧车动车组由6组动力单元组成,全列16辆编组。被试车辆为CRH1-062E动车组中的1号车Mc12(ZE106201)、2号车Tp1(RW106202)和3号车M1(RW106203)。试验期间,三辆被试车均为整备状态。
The 16 marshalling sleeper MU produced by BST company with the speed between 200 and 250km are composed by 6 groups of power units, and there are 16 marshalling cars. The tested cars are No.1 car Mc12 (ZE106201), No.2 car Tp1 (RW106202) and No.3 car M1 (RW106203) in the CRH1-062E MU. During the testing period, all three tested cars are all in service state.
2) 试验线路Test line
CRH1-062E动车组的运行稳定性试验在环行线大环(R1432m圆环)试验线路和京哈线秦沈区段进行。环行线试验数据供参考。
The operation stability test of CRH1-062E MU was conducted on external big loop (circular ring of R1432m) in loop railway test base and Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Section of Beijing-Harbin Railway. The testing data of loop railway are for reference.
3) 试验速度Test speed
环行线最高试验速度为170km/h,京哈线秦沈区段最高试验速度为275km/h。
The highest testing speed on the loop railway is 170km/hm and the highest testing speed on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Section of Beijing-Harbin Railway is 275km/h.
