n 脱轨系数 Derailing coefficient
脱轨系数用于评定车辆的车轮轮缘在横向力作用下是否会爬上轨面而脱轨。脱轨系数定义为爬轨侧车轮作用于钢轨上的横向力Q与其作用于钢轨上的垂直力P的比值,即脱轨系数=Q/ P。
Derailing coefficient is used to access if the wheel rim of the vehicle will creep up the rail surface and derail under the transverse force. The derailing coefficient is defined as the ratio of transverse force Q acted on the rail by rail-creeping side wheel and vertical force P acted on the rail by it, that is, derailing coefficient = Q/P.
n 轮重减载率 Rate of wheel load reduction
轮重减载率是评定在特定工况下因轮重减载过大而引起脱轨的另一种脱轨安全指标。轮重减载率定义为轮重减载量ΔP与该轴平均静轮重 的比值。即:
The rate of wheel load reduction is another derailing safety index which is used to access if derailing will be caused by too much load reduction. The rate of wheel load reduction is defined as the ratio of quantity of wheel load reduction ΔP and the average static wheel load of that axle . That is:

n 轮轴横向力Transverse force of wheel axle
轮轴横向力用于评定车辆在运行过程中是否会因为过大的横向力而导致轨距扩宽或线路产生严重变形等。
The transverse force of wheel axle is used to access if the railway gauge is widened or the railway is seriously distorted caused by too large transverse force during the running of train.
轮轴横向力用H表示。
The transverse force of wheel axle is represented by H.
2) 测点布置 Arrangement of measuring points
轮轨间作用力采用测力轮对方法测定。测力轮对安装在动车组的1号车Mc12、2号车Tp1和3号车M1的一位转向架上,安装轴位如图5.1-1所示。信号传输采用滑环式集流装置。
The force between wheel and rail is measured by load measuring wheelset. The load measuring wheelsets are installed on the first position bogie of No.1 car Mc12, No.1 car Tp1 and No.3 car M1, please refer to Fig.5.1-1 for the installation axle position. Slip-ring current-collecting device is adopted for signal transmission.
在Tp1车四位轴的一侧轴端安装速度传感器。
Speed sensor is installed at the axle end at one side of Tp1 car four-position axle.
3.1.5 测试系统 Test system
运行稳定性试验测试系统为基于计算机网络的集散式测试系统。各车测点通过屏蔽信号线连接到分布在各车的数据采集系统上,数采系统通过网络线与集中的试验控制计算机相连。测试系统框图见图5.1-2。测试仪器和传感器及其检定周期见表5.1-1。
The testing system of operation stability test is distribution type testing system based on computer network. The measuring points of all cars are connected to the data collection systems distributed to all cars through shielding signal line. The data collection system is connected to the testing and controlling computer through network line. The block graph of the test system sees Fig. 5.1-2. Please refer to Table 5.1-1 for the testing instruments, sensor and their verification periods.
1) 环行线试验分10个速度级采样:80km/h、90km/h、100km/h、110km/h、120km/h、130km/h、140km/h、150km/h、160km/h、170km/h。
The loop railway test should be sampled in 10 speed levels: 80km/h, 90km/h, 100km/h, 110km/h, 120km/h, 130km/h, 140km/h, 150km/h, 160km/h and 170km/h.
2) 京哈线秦沈区段试验分10个速度级采样: 180 km/h、200 km/h、210 km/h、220 km/h、230 km/h、240 km/h、250 km/h、260km/h、270km/h、275km/h。试验过程中通过道岔等限速地段,以允许速度通过。
The test of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Section of Beijing-Harbin Railway should be sampled in 10 speed levels: 180 km/h, 200 km/h, 210 km/h, 220 km/h, 230 km/h, 240 km/h, 250 km/h, 260km/h, 270km/h and 275km/h. During the testing process, the train should run with allowable speed while passing through turnout and other speed limiting sections.
3.1.7 试验评定 Test Evaluation
脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力和轮轨最大垂向力等指标在试验速度275km/h及以下的各速度级中均应符合下述要求:
The derailing coefficient, rate of wheel load reduction, transverse force of wheel axle, maximum vertical force of wheel rail, and other indexes with all speed levels of testing speed of 275km/h and less should comply with the following requirements:
(1)脱轨系数 Derailing coefficient
Q/P ≤ 0.80;
(2)轮重减载率 Rate of wheel load reduction
准静态 ≤0.65; Quasi-static state ≤0.65;
动态 ≤0.80(对间断式测量采用两个连续峰值判断);
Dynamic state ≤0.80 (judge by two continuous peak values for intermittent measuring);
(3)轮轴横向力Transverse force of wheel axle
H £(10+P0/3)
式中:P0表示静轴重
Where: P0 represents the static axle load
轮轴横向力限度值依据CRH1-062E动车组低速惰行时的实测轮重换计算,如表5.1-2所示。
The limit value of transverse force of wheel axle should be calculated according to the measured wheel load during the low speed idle running of CRH1-062E MU, as shown in Table 5.1-2.
(4) 轮轨最大垂向力的限值
