3.1.8        试验过程  Testing process

2009年8月22日,CRH1-062E动车组在北京环行线大环线路进行正向运行试验。环行线大环试验线路是由曲线半径1432mm超高105mm的圆曲线构成的封闭圆环。试验速度自80km/h开始,10km/h为1个速度级,逐级提速到170km/h。
On August 22, 2009, forward running test of CRH1-062E MU was conducted on the external big loop in Beijing loop railway.  The testing line of external big loop of loop railway is a enclosed circular ring composed by circular curve with the curve radius of 1432mm and the extra height of 105mm.  The testing speed is increased from 80km/h to 170km/h level by level with 10km/h as a speed level.
2009年8月31日至9月2日,CRH1-062E动车组在京哈线秦沈区段进行180~275km/h速度级动力学性能试验,试验区间位于皇姑屯至山海关之间。皇姑屯至绥中北试验区间全长322.20km,曲线半径以R3500m~R10000m为主,绥中北至山海关试验区间全长62.20km,最小曲线半径R5500m。每天试验列车自皇姑屯站出发,在到达绥中北站之前沿途进行250km/h及以下速度级试验,进入绥中北至山海关封闭区间后在下行线路上往返进行250~275km/h速度级试验,自绥中北站下行返程进行250km/h及以下速度级试验。京哈线试验期间1车Mc12为头车朝向北京,上行方向处于头车,下行方向处于尾部。实际最高试验速度为277.3km/h。
From August 31, 2009 to September 2, dynamic performance test of CRH1-062E MU with the speed level from 180 to 275km/h was conducted on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Section of Beijing-Harbin Railway. The testing section is located between Huanggutun and Shanhaiguan.  The total length of the testing section from Huanggutun to Suizhongbei is 322.20km, the curve radius is mainly from R3500m to R10000m; the total length of the testing section from Suizhongbei to Shanhaiguan is 62.20km, and the curve radius is R5500m. In each day, the testing train started from Huanggutun Station, the test with the speed level of 250km/h and less was conducted before reaching to Suizhongbei Station. After running into the enclosed section from Suizhongbei to Shanhaiguan, the test with the speed level between 250 and 275km/h were conducted back and forth on the down-going direction. The test with the speed level of 250km/h and less was conducted on the down-going direction while returning from Suizhongbei.  During the testing period on Beijing-Harbin Railway, No.1 car Mc12 is the head car towards Beijing, the up-going direction is at the head car, and the down-going direction is at the tail.  The actual maximum testing speed is 277.3km/h.

表5.1-3为CRH1-062E动车组环线正向运行试验时被试车Mc12、Tp1和M1各项运行稳定性的最大值以及最大值出现的速度级。Mc12、Tp1和M1车在环线R1432m圆曲线时的最大脱轨系数分别为0.37、0.33和0.43,最大轮重减载率分别为0.60、0.59和0.58,最大轮轴横向力分别为51.83kN、42.48kN和48.42kN,最大轮轨垂直力分别为169.88kN、167.34kN和157.55kN,均未超过允许限度。
The maximum values of running stabilities of tested cars Mc12, Tp1 and M1 and the speed levels corresponding to the maximum values during the forward running test of CRH1-062E MU in loop railway are listed in Table 5.1-3.  The maximum derailing coefficient of cars Mc12, Tp1 and M1 at loop railway R1432 circular curve are 0.37, 0.33 and 0.43, separately; the maximum rates of wheel load reduction are 0.60, 0.59 and 0.58; the maximum transverse forces of wheel axle are 51.83kN, 42.48kN and 48.42kN; and the maximum vertical forces of wheel axle are 169.88kN, 167.34kN and 157.55kN, which are all within the allowable limits.

During the up-going direction test, the maximum derailing coefficients of car Mc12, car Tp1 and car M1 on straight rails are 0.53, 0.61 and 0.43, separately; the maximum rates of wheel load reduction are 0.66, 0.67 and 0.71; the maximum transverse forces of wheel axle are 47.69kN, 30.10kN and 32.85kN, and the maximum vertical forces of wheel axle are 169.18kN, 161.47kN and 168.63kN, which are all within the allowable limits.  While car Mc12, car Tp1 and car M1 passing through straight turnouts, the maximum derailing coefficients are 0.51, 0.47 and 0.59, separately; the maximum rates of wheel load reduction are 0.50, 0.59 and 0.66; the maximum transverse forces of wheel axle are 53.90kN, 31.30kN and 32.85kN, and the maximum vertical forces of wheel axle are 149.97kN, 121.57kN and 129.63kN, which are all within the allowable limits.  While car Mc12, car Tp1 and car M1 are running of curved rail, the maximum derailing coefficients are 0.67, 0.49 and 0.33, separately; the maximum rates of wheel load reduction are 0.70, 0.66 and 0.75; the maximum transverse forces of wheel axle are 47.23kN, 42.24kN and 52.27kN, and the maximum vertical forces of wheel axle are 168.50kN, 154.90kN and 147.73kN, which are all within the allowable limits.
