4.1.1 试验目的 Test aim
对安全设备动作的正确性进行检查。

4.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
试验地点：胶济线；
Testing place: Jinan-Qingdao Railway;
试验时间：2009年9月13日、15日、29日；
Test time: September 13, 15, 29 in 2009
试验对象：CRH1-062E号动车组；
Testing object: No.CRH1-062E MU;
天气情况：晴、风速小于1.5m/s。
Weather conditions: clear day with the wind speed of less than 1.5m/s.
4.1.4 试验方法 Test method
4.1.4.1 事件记录装置 Event recorder
司机按照试验人员要求进行相应操作，检查司机室显示屏上是否有相关显示，并确认事件记录装置存储数据能否正确导出。
The driver should operate according to the requirements of testing personnel, check if there is corresponding display on the display screen in the driver’s cab, and check if data stored in the event recorder can be correctly exported.
4.1.4.2 速度里程计 Speed Odometer
司机将列车速度控制在指定水平，司机室向试验人员通报当前速度，和速度测量值比较，确定速度表的精度；
The driver should control the speed of train at the specified level. Personnel in the driver’s cab should report the current speed to the testing personnel who should compare it with the measured value of speed and determine the precision of the speed meter;
在如下速度点进行速度表校验：Verify the speed meter at the following speeds:
1）50km/h；
2）80km/h；
3）150km/h；
4）200km/h；
5）250km/h；
运行约100km，比较里程表和测试结果差异。
After running for about 100km, compare the value on the odometer and the tested results, and find out the difference.
4.1.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
事件记录装置能正确存储规定事件；
速度表指示准确，里程计算准确。
The event recorder should be able to correctly store the specified events;
The indication of the speed meter should be correct, and the calculation of mileage should be precise.
4.1.7.2 速度里程计 Speed Odometer
试验时司机将动车组速度分别控制在50km/h、81km/h、150km/h、200km/h、250km/h，速度测试结果见表8.1-2。动车组速度表指示准确，满足试验大纲的要求.
During the testing process, the driver should control the speed of MU at 50km/h, 81km/h, 150km/h, 200km/h and 250km/h. The speed testing results are listed in Table 8.1-2. The indication of MU speed meter should be correct, and it should comply with the requirements of the test outline..
4.1.6 试验结论 Test conclusion
事件记录装置能正确存储规定事件，符合试验大纲要求。
The event recorder should be able to correctly store the specified events, and it should comply with the requirements of the test outline.
速度里程计试验结果符合试验大纲的要求。
4.2 安全措施的检查 Inspection of Safety Measures
4.2.1 试验目的 Test aim
检查为了保护司乘及运行维护人员人身安全而采取的各项措施。
Inspect all kinds of measures taken for guaranteeing the safety of drivers and operation and maintenance personnel.
4.2.2 试验依据 Test reference

试验地点：青岛BST工厂；
Testing place: Qingdao BST Plant;
试验对象：CRH1-062E；
Testing object: CRH1-062E；
试验时间：2009年9月12日；

天气条件：晴。
Weather conditions: sky clear.
4.2.4 试验设备 Test equipment

4.2.5 试验方法 Test method
对下列项目进行检查： Inspect the following items:
离静止的带电设备或旋转带电设备是否有足够的安全距离；
Is there enough safe distance from the stationary electric device or rotary electric device
由外部供电电源向高压回路供电的联锁是否作用正常；
Is the interlocking function of external power supply source to the high voltage loop power supply normal;
电气设备保护性接地是否良好；
Is the protective grounding of electric device in good condition
防止触及旋转部分的措施是否正常；
Is the measure to prevent from touching the rotary part normal?
各电气设备门的联锁作用是否正常；
Is the interlocking function of the doors of each electric device normal?
灭弧及防止电弧危害的设备是否具备；
Is there any device to extinguish the arc and prevent the harm of arc
是否具备使接触网接地的设备；
Is there any device for the grounding of contact network;
消防设备是否装载。
Is the firefighting device loaded
4.2.6 试验评定 Test Evaluation
各项检查均应符合安全要求。
The inspection of all items should comply with the safety requirements.
