4.3 车辆内部噪声试验 Vehicle Internal Noise Test

4.3.1        试验目的 Test aim

检验动车组运行时车内噪声是否满足试验大纲要求。

4.3.2              试验依据 Test reference

4.3.3              试验条件        Test condition

(1) 受试对象 Tested object
受试车辆为200~250km/h CRH1型16辆编组卧车电动车组中豪华卧车、受电弓拖车卧车、动车卧车。受试车辆满足如下条件:
The tested vehicles are luxurious sleepers, pantograph trailer sleepers and motor car sleepers in the 16 marshalling sleepers EMU with the model of CRH1 and the speed between 200 and 250km/h.  The tested vehicles should comply with the following conditions:
n        试验时受试车辆处于正常的工作状态。
During the test, the tested vehicles should be in normal working state.
n        轮对踏面没有明显的缺陷(例如:扁疤、擦伤等)。
There should be no obvious defects (such as flat spots and bruises) on the wheelset tread.
n        测量过程中车辆门窗关闭。
The windows and doors of vehicles should be closed during the measurement process.
n        受试车辆为空车状态,除测试工作人员外无其他乘客。
The tested vehicles should be in empty state, and there should be no other passengers except the testing personnel.
(2) 试验地点 Test place
运行时车内噪声试验在京哈线秦沈段进行。轨道为正常养护状态,轨道上表面无擦伤、剥离、掉块等缺陷;
The vehicle internal noise test during the running process was conducted on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Section of Beijing-Harbin Railway. The rail are in normal maintenance state, and there are no bruises, stripping, falling, and other defects on the rail.
(3) 试验环境  Test environment
 
        测试时轨道附近没有大面积的声反射物,如建筑物、城墙或其他类似大型物体。
        There should be no large area acoustic reflectors near the rail, such as buildings, city walls, and other large objects.
        无雨雪天气、风速小于5m/s。
        Without rain or snow, and the wind speed should be less than 5m/s.  
 

4.3.4              试验方法 Test method

4.3.4.1        测点布置 Arrangement of measuring points

在豪华卧车、动车卧车、受电弓拖车卧车的包间内布置测点。两端构架中心上方包间(一号包间和十号包间)和车体中心处包间(五号包间)的正中心布置一个测点,距地板面1.2m(A、B、C);在上述包间下层卧铺上方距侧墙和床头间距250mm,距床面200mm布置一个测点(D、E、F)。具体的测点位置如图9.1-1和表9.2-2所示。
Arrange the measuring points in the private rooms of luxurious sleepers, pantograph trailer sleepers and motor car sleepers. Arrange one measuring point at the center of private rooms (No.1 private room and No.10 private room) above the center of frames at both ends and the private room (No.5 private room) at the center of the train body, separately. The distance from the measuring point to the floor is 1.2m (A, B and C). Arrange one measuring point (D, E and F) at the top of the sleeper in the above private rooms with the distance of 250mm from the side wall and the bedside, and with the distance of 200mm from the bed surface.  The detailed locations of measuring points are shown in Fig.9.1-1 and Table 9.2-2.

4.3.4.2        试验速度及测量方法 Test speed and measuring method

恒定速度运行,速度为250km/h。每次测试时间不小于20s。上下行方向均进行了三次测量,取三次测量得到数值的平均值作为最终测试结果。
Constant speed running, with the speed of 250km/h.  The testing period at each time should not be less than 20s.  Test for three times at the up-going and down-going directions separately, take the average values of the three times as the final testing results.

4.3.5              试验评定 Test Evaluation

当列车以250km/h的速度运行时:
While the train is running with the speed of 250km/h:
n        转向架中心上方卧铺包间内噪声不大于 65dB(A);
The noise in the sleeper private room above the center of bogie should not be more than 65dB(A);
n        客室中央卧铺包间内噪声不大于65dB(A);
The noise in the sleeper private room at the center of the passenger compartment should not be more than 65dB(A).

4.3.6              试验结果 Test result

当列车以250km/h的速度运行时,动车组车内运行噪声10号车(豪华卧车)试验结果见表9.2-3、11号车(动车卧车)试验结果见表9.2-4、12号车(受电弓拖车卧车)试验结果见表9.2-5。
While the train is running with the speed of 250km/h, the tested results of running noise in No.10 car (luxurious sleeper), No.11 car (motor car sleeper) and No.12 car (pantograph trailer sleeper) in the MU are listed in Table 9.2-3, Table 9.2-4, and Table 9.2-5, separately.
 

4.3.7              试验结论 Test conclusion

当动车组以250km/h速度恒速运行时,被试车10号车(豪华卧车)、11号车(动车卧车)以及12号车(受电弓卧车)的车内噪声值超过限值65 dB测点如下:
While the MU is running with the constant speed of 250km/h, the noise levels in the tested No.10 car (luxurious sleeper), No.11 car (motor car sleeper) and No.12 car (pantograph trailer sleeper) exceed the limit value of 65dB. The measuring points are as follows:
10号车(豪华卧车):一号包间卧铺位:66dB;
No.10 car (luxurious sleeper): sleeper position at No.1 private room: 66dB;
11号车(动车卧车):一号包间卧铺位:69 dB;
No.11 car (motor car sleeper): sleeper position at No.1 private room: 69dB;
                   一号包间中央:66 dB;
Center of No.1 private room: 66dB;
                   十号包间卧铺位:67 dB;
Sleeper position at No.10 private room: 67dB;
                   十号包间中央:67 dB;
Center of No.10 private room: 67dB;
12号车(受电弓拖车卧车):一号包间卧铺位:68 dB;
No.12 car (pantograph trailer sleeper): sleeper position at No.1 private room: 68dB;
                      十号包间卧铺位:68 dB;
Sleeper position at No.10 private room: 68dB;
                      十号包间中央:67 dB
Center of No.10 private room: 67dB;
上述测点不满足试验大纲要求。
The above measuring points can not satisfy the requirements in the test outline.
除上述测点外,其余测点不超过限值65 dB,满足试验大纲要求。
Except the above measuring points, other measuring points are not more than the limit value of 65dB, which comply with the requirements in the test outline.
