5 称重试验 Weighing Test
对CRH1长编组卧铺动车组进行重量测定,确定车辆的重量指标是否满足供货技术条件要求。

5.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
试验对象:CRH1-062E动车组共16节;
Testing object: CRH1-062E MU with 16 carriages;
试验地点:中国铁道科学研究院环行铁道试验基地动车库;
Testing place: Motor Car Garage of Loop Railway Test Base of China Academy of Railway Sciences;
试验时间:2009年8月13日;
Testing time: August 13, 2009;
环境温度:37.8℃;相对湿度:29%。
Ambient temperature: 37.8℃; relative humidity: 29%.
根据车辆总图上给定的转向架间距和轴距调整相应的秤体位置。
Adjust the corresponding position of weighing body according to the bogie space and wheel base provided on the general plan of vehicles.
称重装置按轨距1435mm、轴距2700mm、转向架中心距18800mm布置。
The weighing device should be arranged according to the rail gauge of 1435mm, the wheel base of 2700mm, and the bogie central distance of 18800mm.
其他要求: Other requirements
进行测定的场所不得有影响测定的风及振动等;
The testing place should be free of wind and vibration which will affect the measurement;
动车、拖车应处于整备重量状态;
Motor car and trailer car should be in service weight state;
动车、拖车测试前应进行试运行,检验前允许对悬挂装置进行必须的调整。缓解制动。不准以任何方式改变调整车辆状态;
5.1.4 试验方法 Test method
使用便携式机车车辆称重装置进行。
Use portable locomotive and vehicle weighing device.
轮重:以同时测量车辆各个轮重的方法测定车辆轮重;
Wheel weight: measure the wheel weight of vehicle by measuring the weight of all the wheels at the same time;
轴重:根据上述轮重测量结果得到轴重;
Axle weight: obtain the axle weight from the above measuring results of wheel weight;
车辆总重:根据各轮重(或轴重)测量结果,得到车辆总重;
Total weight of vehicle: obtain the total weight of vehicle from the measuring results of all wheel weights (or axle weight);
测定进行四次,即前进或后退两个方向各二次。测定值取四次有效记录的算术平均值,测量值的读数以"kg"为单位;
Measure for four times, two at forwarding direction and two at backward direction. Take the arithmetic average value of four effective records as the measured value which unit is kg;
The evaluation standard of the weight of all cars under empty state:
总重:±3%。
Total weight: ±3%.
任一侧各车轮上测得的轮重与在该车辆两侧测得的所有轮重的平均值之差不得超过±4%。
The difference between the wheel weight measured at any side of all wheels with the average value of all wheels measured at both sides of the vehicle should not be more than ±4%.
每个车轮上测得的轮重与该轴两轮平均轮重之差不得超过±4%。
5.2 试验结果 Test result
参见附表及附图。 Refer to attached table and figure.
所检项目符合试验大纲要求。 The inspection items meet the requirement of test program.
