6.1 静态限界检查试验 Inspection Test of Static Gauge
检查动车组外形尺寸,以确保动车组各部分结构在任何使用条件下互相不出现实质性的妨碍,同时满足GB146.1-83《标准轨距铁路机车车辆限界》及铁路技术管理规程(速度大于200km/h车辆限界)的要求。
Check the overall dimension of MU to guarantee the structures of all parts of MU from substantial obstacles under all using conditions. Meanwhile, it should comply with the requirements of GB146.1-83 “Rolling Stock Gauge for Standard Gauge Railways” and Technical Management Regulation of Railway (vehicle gauge with the speed of more than 200km/h).
仅进行头车的限界试验,其余车型限界试验BST公司已申请试验免除。

6.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
试验地点:中国铁道科学研究院环行铁道试验基地;
Testing place: Motor Car Garage of Loop Railway Test Base of China Academy of Railway Sciences;
试验时间:2009年8月14日;
Testing time: August 14, 2009;
天 气:环境温度:37.4℃,相对湿度:46%;
Weather conditions: ambient temperature: 37.4℃, relative humidity: 46%;
试验编组:16辆车联挂进行测试。
Testing marshalling: test while linking all 16 vehicles.
6.1.3.1 测试环境 Testing environment
● 进行测量的场所不得有影响测定的风(不大于4级)、雨雪、振动及电磁干扰;
There shall have no wind (no more than grade 4), rain and snow, vibration and electromagnetic interference on measurement site which may affect the measurement;
● 在来车方向应用50~100m的平直线路,在限界规的前后各有一个被检车长的检查区段,检查区段的线路平直要求:
Apply a 50 to 100m straight line at the train coming direction, and set a inspection section with the length of the tested car before and after the clearance gauge. The straightness requirement of line at the tested section:
——轨距:1435±1.0 mm Gauge: 1435±1.0 mm
——两轨水平高差:≤1.0mm Horizontal height difference of two rails: ≤1.0mm
——方向及高低(纵向):≤5.0mm Direction and height (longitudinal): ≤5.0mm
● 限界检查区段线路的钢轨内侧加装护轨及轨距杆,并应满足以下要求:
The inner rail side of clearance checking segment line shall be installed with guard rail and gauge rod and shall meet following requirements:
——护轨与正轨间距 42.5+20mm; The distance from guard rail to main rail: 42.5+20mm;
——护轨可分段安装两端导角应大于20°~25°; Guide angle at both ends of guard rail (which can be installed by segment) > 20° to 25°;
——护轨总长度应大于两倍被检车长度 The overall length of guard rail shall be larger than twice of the length of train to be checked
● 限界规有关部位的极限偏差不得超过以下数值:
The deviation limit of related position of clearance gauge shall not exceed following figures:
——中心线±1mm; Central line ±1mm;
——上部规高度尺寸-04mm; Upper gauge height dimension -04mm;
——上部规宽度尺寸-03mm; Upper gauge width dimension -03mm;
——下部规高度尺寸±0.75mm; Lower gauge height dimension ±0.75 mm;
——下部规宽度尺寸±1.0mm。 Lower gauge width dimension ±1.0mm.

6.1.4 评定标准 Evaluation standard
动车组外形轮廓尺寸不得超过GB146.1-83《标准轨距铁路机车车辆限界》及铁路技术管理规程(速度大于200km/h车辆限界)的要求。
The overall dimension of MU should not exceed the requirements in GB146.1-83 “Rolling Stock Gauge for Standard Gauge Railways” and Technical Management Regulation of Railway (vehicle gauge with the speed of more than 200km/h).
6.1.4.1 上部限界轮廓尺寸 Upper clearance gauge overall dimensions
6.1.4.2 速度大于200km/h机车车辆上部限界尺寸 Upper clearance gauge dimensions of locomotive with the speed of more than 200km/h
图11.1-3中距轨面高350mm到1250mm处的半宽尺寸1675mm扩大为1700mm。
The half-width at 350mm to 1250mm from the rail surface in Fig.11.1-3 is enlarged from 1675mm to 1700mm.

6.1.4.4 速度大于200km/h机车车辆下部限界尺寸Under clearance gauge dimensions of locomotive with the speed of more than 200km/h
6.1.5 试验方法 Test method
以图11.1-1和图11.1-2尺寸为基准轮廓,在合同规定的空车和载荷状态下由牵引车牵引(或推进)以小于5km/h的速度送抵限界规检查区段,准确停放在限界规处进行限界测试。同一行进方向共测量3次,原则上在机车车辆的头部、中部、尾部以及超出车体活动的门、窗等与限界规间距最小部位检测其上部、下部及侧向间隙;以基准轮廓尺寸减去测量数据与图11.1-3~图11.1-5轮廓尺寸比较,机车车辆各部位横断面尺寸不能大于图11.1-3~图11.1-5的要求。

车门关闭状态下,所检测数据符合GB146.1-83《标准轨距铁路机车车辆限界》及铁路技术管理规程(速度大于200km/h车辆限界)的要求。
