7.1.7.3 试验条件 Test condition
（1）被试车辆 Tested cars
被试车辆分别为Mc车（ZE106601）、Tp车（RW106615）、M车（RW106614）、Mdi车（CA106509）。
Tested cars are car Mc (ZE106601), car Tp (RW106615), car M (RW106614), and car Mdi (CA106509).
（2）试验线路 Test line
四方股份厂内的一处R100m曲线。

7.1.7.4 试验方法 Test method
机车牵引单车通过半径100m单曲线上运行时，检查转向架等零部件运动是否自如，有无零部件之间干涉现象。并对典型工况拍照。
While the locomotive is pulling the single car through R100m single curve, check if the moving of bogie and other parts are smooth, and if there are interference between them. Take photos for typical working conditions.
7.1.7.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
各部件运动自如，无零部件之间干涉现象，则认为通过此项试验。 This test will pass if all parts are moving smoothly and all parts are free of interference.
7.1.7.6 试验过程 Testing process
单车调车通过R100m 曲线试验分别于2009年10月14日和10月16日在四方股份厂内的一处R100m曲线上进行。试验前，BST公司技术人员确认试验地点R100m曲线符合试验要求。试验时，由机车牵引被试车辆低速通过R100m曲线，途中停车检查相邻部件之间的间隙、轮轨间隙、悬挂或连接件的位移等，然后反向低速退行驶离R100m曲线。
The test of single car shunting through R100m curve was conducted on a R100m curve in Sifang Group Corp on October 14 and October 16, 2009. Before the test, technicians from BST Company should confirm that the testing place R100m curve complies with the testing requirements. During the test, the tested car will pass through R100m curve with low speed while pulled by locomotive. Check the clearance between adjacent parts, the wheel rail clearance, and the displacement of suspension part and connection part. And then reversely run away from R100m curve with low speed.
7.1.7.7 检验结论 Test conclusion
CRH1型长编组卧车的单车R100m 曲线通过性能符合试验大纲的要求。
The performance of single car of CRH1 type marshalling sleeper passing through R100m curve complies with the requirements of the test outline.
7.1.2 单车通过R145m曲线 Single Car Passing Through R145m Curve
7.1.2.1 试验目的 Test aim
检验CRH1型长编组卧车的R145m曲线通过性能是否满足供货技术条件要求。

7.1.2.3 试验条件Test condition
（1）被试车辆 Tested cars
BST公司提供CRH1064E动车组的前半列编组（1车至8车）作为试验编组。
BST Company provides the front half marshalling (from car 1 to car 8) of CRH1064E MU as the testing marshalling.
（2）试验线路 Test line
BST公司车库外的一处R145m曲线。
A R145m curve outside the garage of BST Company.
7.1.2.4 试验方法 Test method
机车牵引联挂后的动车组通过半径145m单曲线上运行时，检查转向架等零部件运动是否自如，有无零部件之间干涉现象，车间风挡、电气连接线、车钩等是否状态正常，对典型工况拍照。
While the MU in series is passing through R145 single curve after pulled by locomotive, check if the moving of bogie and other parts are smooth, if there are interference between them, if the states of windscreen between cars, electric connection lines, couplers, and others are normal, and take photos for typical working conditions.
7.1.2.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
各部件运动自如，无零部件之间干涉现象，则认为通过此项试验。
This test will pass if all parts are moving smoothly and all parts are free of interference.
7.1.2.6 试验过程 Testing process
单列通过R145m 曲线试验于2009年10月14日下午在BST公司厂内的一处R145m曲线上进行。试验前，测试人员和BST公司技术人员已确认试验地点的R145m曲线符合试验要求。试验时，由机车牵引试验编组低速进入R145m曲线，然后反向低速驶离R145m曲线。在试验编组正向反向通过R145m曲线时，观测相邻部件之间的间隙、轮轨间隙、悬挂变形、车间连接件的位移等，并且在途中停车时对典型状态进行拍照。
The test of single train passing through R145m curve was conducted on a R145m curve in the plant of BST Company at the afternoon of October 14, 2009. Before the test, the testing personnel and technicians from BST Company have confirmed that the R145m curve on the testing place complies with the testing requirements. During the test, the locomotive pulls the tested marshalling through the R145m curve with low speed, and then reversely run away from the R145m curve with low speed. While the tested marshalling passing through the R145m curve in forward and backward directions, check the clearance between adjacent parts, the wheel rail clearance, the deformation of suspension part, and the displacement of connection part. And take photos for typical working conditions while stopping along the way.
7.1.2.7 检验结论Test conclusion
CRH1型长编组卧车的单列R145m 曲线通过性能符合试验大纲的要求。
The performance of single car of CRH1 type marshalling sleeper passing through R145m curve complies with the requirements of the test outline.
