7.2.1 动车组通过R180m S形曲线 MU Passing Through R180m S Curve
7.2.1.1 试验目的 Test aim
检验CRH1型时速200~250公里16辆编组卧车动车组的小曲线通过性能是否满足试验大纲的要求。
Verify if the performance of 16 marshalling sleeper MU with the type of CRH1 passing through small curve with the speed between 200 and 250 satisfy the requirements in the test outline.

7.2.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
(1)被试车辆 Tested cars
被试车辆为BST公司提供的16辆编组卧车动车组CRH1-062E。
The tested cars are 16 marshalling sleeper MU CRH1-062E provided by BST Company.
(2)试验线路 Test line
通过R180m S形曲线试验在中国铁道科学研究院环行铁道试验基地进行。试验时,用两个反向9号道岔形成S形曲线。
The test of passing through R180m S curve was conducted on Motor Car Garage of Loop Railway Test Base of China Academy of Railway Sciences. During the test, two reverse No.9 turnouts form into S curve.
7.2.1.4 试验方法 Test method
动车组双向、低速通过R180m S形曲线,中间停在曲线上观察:
The MU were passing through R180m S curve in low speed and two directions, and it stopped at the middle of the curve for observation:
转向架间隙。 Clearance of bogie.
转向架和车体间间隙。 Bogie and clearance between train bodies.
车钩间隙。 Clearance between couplers.
车体之间间隙。 Clearance between train bodies.
通过台间隙。 Clearance between passing through platforms.
电缆和软管活动余量。 Activity margin of cable and flexible tube.
车辆和轨道间活动余量。Activity margin between vehicle and rail.
上述过程重复2~3次。
The above process should be repeated for 2 to 3 times.
7.2.1.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
各部件运动自如,零部件之间无干涉现象,则认为通过此项试验。
This test will pass if all parts are moving smoothly and all parts are free of interference.
7.2.1.6 试验过程 Testing process
R180m S形曲线通过试验于2009年8月22日上午在铁道科学研究院东郊环行试验基地进行,试验时用环铁站场2道和3道靠近小站台位置的两个反向9号道岔形成R180m S形曲线。CRH1-062E动车组正向低速通过两个连续9号反向道岔,途中停车检查,然后反向低速通过两个9号岔退回原出发位置,中途再停车检查。动车组正向、反向通过两个反向9号岔重复进行两次。试验中各部件运动自如,无零部件之间干涉现象。
The passing through test of R180m S curve was conducted on the Loop Test Base at the east suburb of China Academy of Railway Sciences on August 22, 2009. The R180m S curve was formed by two reverse No.9 turnouts near the position of small platform of No.2 and No.3 paths in loop railway station yard. CRH1-062E MU passed two continuous No.9 reverse turnouts in forward direction. The train was stopped in the way for inspection. And then, it passed through two No.9 turnouts with low speed in reverse direction, and it returned to the original starting position, and it was stopped in the way for inspection. The test of MU passing through two reverse No.9 turnouts in forward and backward directions was conducted for two times. During the test, all parts were moving smoothly and all parts were free of interference.
动车组通过R180m S形曲线时部分零部件和连接件的状态见图12.2-1至图12.2-6。
The states of parts and connecting pieces while the MU passing through R180m S curve are shown from Fig.12.2-1 to Fig.12.2-6.
7.2.1.7 检验结论 Test conclusion
CRH1-062E动车组的R180m S形曲线通过性能满足试验大纲的要求。
The performance of CRH1-062E MU passing through R180m S curve complies with the requirements in the test outline.
