8.1.1 试验目的 Test aim
测量动车组前照灯的照射距离和发光强度是否满足要求。
Verify if the irradiation distance and luminous intensity of headlight of MU satisfy the requirements.

8.1.3 试验条件 Test condition
试验地点：中国铁道科学研究院环行铁道试验基地；
Testing place: Motor Car Garage of Loop Railway Test Base of China Academy of Railway Sciences;
试验时间：2009年8月2日；
Testing time: August 2, 2009;
试验对象：CRH1-062E号动车组；
Testing object: No.CRH1-062E MU;
背景光照度：0.1lx；
Background illuminance: 0.1lx;
天气情况：晴。

8.1.4 试验方法 Test method
在距离列车正前方规定距离测量前照灯照度值，每个距离测量3次，取平均值。
Measure the headlight illuminance at the specified distance in the front of train, each distance should be measured for 3 times, and take the average value.
发光强度试验程序：动车组停在平直道上，升弓，打开前照灯，前照灯点亮10分钟后，使前照灯光斑最亮处对准前方白色板中心位置，用照度计测量白板中心出的光照度，并测量发光面距照度计探头的距离。用距离的平方乘以照度得到前照灯的发光强度。
Testing procedures of luminous intensity: while the MU is stopped at straight line, raise the pantograph and turn on the headlight. After the headlight is turned on for 10min, align the brightest spot of headlight at the central position of white board in the front, measure the illuminance at the center of the white board by illuminance meter, and measure the distance from the emitting area to the probe of illuminance meter. The luminous intensity can be obtained by multiply the illuminance with the square of distance.
照射距离试验程序：在距离前照灯前方规定距离处的轨道中心，被观察者手持一块边长为60mm的白板左右晃动，从近至远进行试验，司机室内视力正常的3名观察者观察白板的晃动情况，观察者能够确认白板的存在的最大距离即为被试前照灯的照射距离。
Testing procedures of irradiation distance: the person being observed should stand at the center of the rail at the specified distance from the front of headlight, he should hold a piece of white board with the edge length of 60mm, he should also sway the board left and right, and the test should be conducted from near to far. Three observers with normal sight in the driver’s cab should observe the swaying of the white board. The maximum distance which the observer can confirm the existence of the white board is the irradiation distance of the tested headlight.
8.1.5 试验评定 Test Evaluation
前照灯发光强度和照射距离应符合《TB/T 2325.1~2325.2-2006 机车动车组前照灯、辅助照明灯和标志灯技术条件》的要求，即动车组前照灯照射距离不小于382.5m，光强度不小于425×103 cd。
The irradiation distance and luminous intensity of headlight should comply with the requirements in “Technical Specifications for Front Illuminators, Auxiliary Illuminators and Lighting Marks Used for Locomotive and Multiple Units” TB/T 2325.1~2325.2-2006. That is to say, the irradiation distance of the headlight of MU should not be less than 382.5m, and the luminous intensity should not be less than 425×103 cd.
8.1.6 试验结果 Test result
CRH1-062E动车组前照灯为气体放电光源型灯。
The headlight of CRH1-062E MU is gas discharge source lamp.
实测CRH1-062E动车组前照灯照射距离为445m。
The measured irradiation distance of headlight of CRH1-062E MU is 445m.
动车组前照灯照度测试结果见表13.1-1。
The testing results of luminous intensity of MU are listed in Table 13.1-1.
8.1.7 试验结论 Test conclusion
CRH1-062E前照灯照射距离测试结果符合试验大纲的要求；
The testing results of irradiation distance of CRH1-062E headlight comply with the results in the test outline;
CRH1-062E前照灯照度测试结果不符合试验大纲的要求。
The testing results of illuminance of CRH1-062E headlight do not comply with the requirements in the test outline.
