XXX Watch Company is a validated Tier III member of Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). We are committed to taking measures to better secure our supply chain. As a requirement of C-TPAT membership, XXX Watch Company must work with our factories and employees to ensure appropriate security controls exist throughout the supply chain for the United States based on C-TPAT guidelines.

These minimum-security criteria are designed to be the building blocks for non-U.S. manufacturers to institute effective security practices, to optimize supply chain performance, and to mitigate the risk of loss, theft, and contraband smuggling that could potentially introduce acts of terrorism or terrorists into the global supply chain. The determination and scope of criminal elements targeting world commerce through internal conspiracies requires companies, and in particular, non-U.S. manufacturers to elevate their security practices.
根据设计，这些最低安全标准是非美国制造厂商制定有效安全惯例、优化供应链性能、减轻损失风险和盗窃以及杜绝可能会将恐怖主义行动或恐怖分子引入全球供应链的走私违禁品的基石。锁定那些企图通过内部阴谋将矛头指向世界贸易的犯罪因素及其范围，需要公司尤其是非美国制造厂商提高自己的安全实践。
Where a non-U.S. manufacturer out-sources or contracts elements of their supply chain, such as another foreign facility, warehouse, or other elements, the manufacturer must work with these business partners to ensure that pertinent security measures are in place and are adhered to throughout their supply chain.
当一个非美国制造厂商外包或承包供应链的某一环节，比如另一个国外设施、仓库或其它环节时，该制造厂商必须与这些业务伙伴协作，确保适当的安全措施已经部署到位，且在整个供应链上得到了执行。
Impact of Breaches or Non-Compliance on C-TPAT Status
XXX Watch Company expects all suppliers and employees to conform to the necessary security requirements. Non-compliance or a breach of the requirements can result in:
? XXX Watch Company’s Suspension and Removal from C-TPAT;
? Loss of C-TPAT related benefits;
? Possibility of increased examinations; and
? Delays.

某名表公司希望所有的供应商和员工遵守必要的安全要求，不遵从或违反安全要求可能导致：
