会议背景介绍：
The IEEE PhoneCom 2015 workshop is an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present innovative ideas and results on all aspects of smartphones or any emerging smart mobile devices, including theoretical foundations, techniques and methods, tools and platforms, prototypes, evaluation, practical implementations and applications.
The workshop aims to bring researchers, developers, designers, practitioners, policy makers, producers, executives and entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds related to smartphone or smart mobiles together.
IEEE PhoneCom 2015 this year will be a full-day workshop with presentations in 4 major tracks of areas: 1) Data Analytics; 2) Technologies and Systems; 3) Content, Apps and Services; 4) Businesses and Society.
征文范围及要求：
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
1. Data Analytics: Social Media/Big Data Analytics with Smart Mobiles
