会议背景介绍：
The 3rd International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (ICT2015) will be held 24th -26th April 2015, in conjunction with 2015 China-Ireland International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (CIICT2015), at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. This series conference started from 2013, has received at least a thousand submissions from more than 40 countries and areas. The conference acceptance rate will be about 35%.
All accepted paper will be reviewed by the IET in consideration for publication. Those that meet the expected levels of quality and technical content will be accepted for publication on the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, indexed by IET Inspec and submitted to EI Compendex for consideration for indexing.
