会议背景介绍: 2015 IEEE 5th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC 2015) will be held on May,14-16, 2015 in Beijing, China.The conference is sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and IEEE Hong Kong Computational Intelligence Society.The conference is intended as an international forum for researchers and professionals in all areas of Electronics Information and Emergency Communication.
