会议背景介绍: We sincerely invite your participation of the 13th International Conference of Polymers for Advanced Technologies (PAT 2015), to be held in Hangzhou (China) on June 25-28, 2015. PAT conferences are associated with Polymers for Advanced Technologies journal and are held in various countries around the globe on a biennual basis. Past PAT conferences were Jerusalem (1987), Oxford (1993), Pisa (1995), Leipzig (1997), Tokyo (1999), Eilat (2001), Fort Lauderdale (2003), Budapest (2005), Shanghai (2007), Jerusalem (2009), Lodz (2011), and Berlin (2013). PAT 2015 will focus on the critical roles of advanced polymer technologies in the sustainable development of the human society (e.g. energy, environment, and human health). Advances in fundamental polymer science and their novel applications to real world problems are both required to address the complexity and challenges related to advanced polymer technologies. PAT 2015 aims to provide an interdisciplinary platform for the presentation of latest developments in related areas, including synthetic and processing methods, physical theories, material characterization, and emerging application concepts. We anticipate an exciting program with around 400 participants. Plenary and invited lectures will be given by highly distinguished scientists. Those who wish to contribute to specialized sessions via either short oral or poster presentations are welcome to submit abstracts for considerations. Hangzhou is the home of the hosting Zhejiang University, which is one of the top ranked schools in China. The city is located 200 km south to Shanghai. Besides the university, Hangzhou is best known for its natural beauty and 2000 years of historical heritage. 征文范围及要求: Besides plenary and invited lectures, abstract submissions for regular oral or poster presentations are welcome on the following topics: l Biomaterials: advanced drug delivery concepts; tissue engineering; medical devices. l Complex polymer structures: synthesis of polymers of new architecture; electrospinning; 3D printing; microfabrication; self-assembled structures. l Ion conducting polymers: lithium ion conducting polymers; proton conducting polymers; other ionomers; polymer binders for electrode materials; ion conducting gels. l Optoelectronic conjugated polymers: solar cells; OLED; field-effect transistors; organic flexible electronics. l Smart materials, bioinspired materials, and devices: responsive hydrogels; liquid crystalline elastomers; shape memory polymers; dielectric elastomers, other actuators.
