The first European Solid Mechanics Conference (ESMC) was held in Munich in 1991. This very successful conference initiated a tri-annual series with subsequent conferences held in Genova, Stockholm, Metz, Thessaloniki, Budapest, Lisbon and Graz. The 9th European Solid Mechanics Conference, organized by IMDEA Materials Institute, will be held at the Higher Polytechnic School of the Carlos III University in Leganés, Madrid, under the auspices of EUROMECH, during July 6-10, 2015. |
