会议背景介绍： The International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) is entering its 14th year while the International Conference on Wavelet Analysis and Pattern Recognition (ICWAPR) is marching towards its 12th anniversary, we are all excited and committed to our vision: organizing good quality international conferences that provide valuable educational services to young researchers in the Asia region, particularly researchers in China.
ICMLC and ICWAPR 2015 will also offer an international platform for researchers who are actively planning to organize focus group discussion on topics such as fuzzy rough sets and applications, big data and machine learning, cyber security and biometrics. Depending on the outcome of these focus group discussions, a number of special SCI journal issues will be published.
In addition to keynote speakers, the two conferences offer free tutorials, panel discussion, research consultation sessions, Lotfi Zadeh Best Paper Awards, Best Student Paper Awards, special issues of SCI indexed journals, and plenty of opportunities for you to build up your own professional network while you can come and meet with the Editors-In-Chief, IEEE Fellows and the IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society leaders.
Authors are invited to submit original papers that contain significant research results, development work, and innovative practices. The conferences will be held in the city of Guangzhou, on 12th-15th July 2015. Guangzhou the capital of Guangdong Province, is the third biggest city in China after Beijing and Shanghai with a population of more than 12 millions. Founded in 214 BC, the city has been a springboard for trading, cultural exchanges, many revolutions and reforms, making it an unavoidable stopover to understand what shapes the modern China.
