会议背景介绍：
The 6th International Conference on Optimization and Control with Applications (6thOCA) is organized by Changsha University of Science & Technology (China) and Curtin University (Australia). It will be held at International Academic Exchange Center of Changsha University of Science & Technology, Changsha, China on December 12th-14th, 2015.
The previous five conferences of the OCA conference series were held in Erice, Italy (2001), Tunxi, China (2002), Jiuzhaigou, China (2004), Harbin, China (2009), and Beijing, China (2012), respectively.
As a continuation of the OCA series, the goal of the 6th OCA is to provide an international forum for scientists, engineers, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and approaches, to present research findings and state-of-the-art solutions, to share experiences on potentials and limits, and to open new avenues of research and developments, on all issues and topics related to optimization and control.
征文范围及要求：
The 6th OCA will include plenary/invited lectures, and contributed papers. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers presented in the conference will be included in the conference Proceeding CDs. High quality papers will be invited to submit their expanded versions to be considered for publication in one of the following journals:
1. Optimization Letters
2. Pacific Journal of Optimization
3. Numerical Algebra, Control and Optimization
4. Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization
5. Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems
6. Cogent Mathematics |
