1.Early in the project,I was responsible for the training on-site translation between German trainers and Chinese trainers.Certified car assembly process and part of the localization process, I was responsible for the material translation and site translation between German engineering and other departments ,including suppliers and trainers
2.In the mid-term project,I helped Trainer and process planning and employees of other departments to perper training materials .And with the quality and laboratory department staff to complete the testing and improvement process.
3.In the project in the late,I helped projekt team to complete in machinery, architecture, layout of production line, logistics and other work.
4.In the later stages of the project,I participated in the model changes,helped laboratory staff technicians ,suppliers,trainers to communicate.

1.Initially responsible for the maintenance department of the enterprise on a laptop , dvd detection work ( during the internship )
2. New plant is established , production of LCD TVs and LCD computer monitors , I was responsible for the formation of detection groups , ensure the lowest level from the TV and computer monitor down the production line in the factory into the supermarket , the failure rate is less than the requirements of the contract , which the middle , including novel choice of testing equipment , test production line part of the rational allocation of equipment and personnel .
3.When new models of television or monitor came,I was responsible for communication with the manufacturers and technical personnel , personnel training and other work , if there is a motherboard problem , then I want to consider in the detection of production line part of the increase to upgrade the motherboard and other steps , also involving staff and reasonable arrangements.
4.Translate business related materials and documents.
5.Late I sometimes helped stem some of the work and deal with logistics company , and accompanied boss negotiations with customers .
