Responsible for the coordination and communication with clients, onshore and offshore.
Main for the KT(Knowledge Transfer) translation of SAP mudule named SD/MM and WM including both business and technique parts.

Responsible for the coordination and communication with clients, onshore and offshore. Translation for SAP FI/CO (finance team)
HelpDesk technique support to onshore members and customers about the simple case of infrastructure such as network, voice and so on.
Also responsible for the tasks below after return to China
Help project members have a good communication with costumers. Provide support to project members for mail, telephone conference, document translation(English<=>Japanese) and any other form support.
Shorten translation time and improve translation exactitude also training skills to provide better service to client. Provide high quality translation and training to project members to let them finish their task faster and better and also help them pass Japanese exam.
Provide Japanese training include oral, listening and grammar. And also re-usable documents.
