3. Keep contact with suppliers, follow the production of the order, ensure timely shipment, arrange quality control before loading.
4. Assist the chief representative develop Chinese market, trying to the sell other products made by HQ in China.

Administration & Assistant
1. In charge of planning the chief representative’s schedule, book tickets, hotel and cars for his business trip. Handle and renew the representative’s Visa.
2. Arrange the daily office invoices and bank statements. Renew office’s legal certificates annually.
3. Update contract and export documents database, file them appropriately.
4. Accompany chief representative to participate exhibitions, visit suppliers, interpret for business meetings and internal documents.
