Interests
I love to meet people and I love volunteering. At one point I have spent four months as a camp counselor in Iowa developing my creative thinking, problem solving skills, and independence. I have thought English, Slovak and German to children in Slovakia and Germany where I have learned to teach and present for people of all ages. I was one of the three main organizers of a daily English camp in Piestany, Slovakia, where we had 150 children, team of 20 USA lecturers and a similar team of volunteer interpreters and where I have acquired leadership and organizing abilities. I have also volunteered in a couple of foster homes, shelters and one retirement home. Thanks to these activities I was able to enhance my capacity to adapt to new situations and settings and to tolerate change well, plan ahead but also ''think on feet'', and, most importantly to meet people from all the world and travel, which are both my great passions.
