I was responsible for the whole project management which including work like client communication, third party coordination, supplier management, budget planning as well as cost control. At the same time worked with the engineering team to ensure the quality of the production. The booth was rewarded as ¡°Best Booth¡± by the organizer. My work attitude was highly recognized by the client and they signed the next year¡¯s contract after the show.

As the main responsible person, my work involved a lot of coordination with different parties and also it is a challenge on logistic planning. I also stress the ¡°quality ¡°issue in the operation, and handle the work with detailed oriented style.
