In 1985 initiated his activity at SEARLE/MONSANTO Pharmaceuticals as Marketing Director Assistant, which included the elaboration/adaptation of market plans/strategics, promotional material translation and revision, and market research of the product’s company.

After the merger of SEARLE/MONSANTO Pharmaceuticals and PHARMACIA & UPJOHN in 2000, he joined the Medical Department where he was in charge of the translation of scientific papers and clinical trials documentation, PubMed research, organization of investigators meetings, both at national and international level, and the administration of clinical trials.

In 2000 he left the company following its acquisition by Pfizer

A few months after he initiated her activity as Independent

Translator specifically focused on the medical/pharmaceutical area.

Between 2004 and 2006 she collaborated with the Portuguese Society of Rheumatology in the organization of meetings and congresses (namely the Portuguese Rheumatology Congress), and in the editorial revision of Acta Reumatológica Portuguesa journal.

Since 2006 he collaborates with the Director of the Rheumatology Unit of the Hospital Egas Moniz in the elaboration/translation of graphic presentations, and the coordination of clinical trials.
