According to every department's necessity of recruitment, develop recruitment plan and meet the necessity by different channels and methods. 3). Participate in drafting staff training plan and supervisor the training process and effectiveness. 4). Draft the performance appraisal and executive monthly after approval of general manager. 5). Join in the implementation and revision of pay and benefits policies and audit monthly salaries and benefits expenditures. 6). Complete the establishment of the personnel files of the database. 7). Employee Relationship Management program formulation and implementation. Deal with contradictions between company and employee during operation.
