This is a science & technology firm focusing on security units, that cooperated by Chinese and German sides. It’s the only full-right represent firm of KABA GALLENSCHUTZ in China. The working field of the firm is mainly on the manufacture, sales and after-sale service, etc. of the access control system from KABA GALLENSCHUTZ GmbH. Products are basically used for business building, airport, railway station, Television centre, stadium and so on, providing a secure access controlling solution for personal. Clients are including China Petro, BMW Auto, Volkswagen, “Bird’s Nest” National Stadium, Beijing South Station railway project, etc.

My work arrangement is mainly: CN-EN, CN-DE translation for all the tables that normally used; EN-CN translation for the interview press of senior group-leader from KABA; DE-CN translation for mechanical parts list, electrical parts list, advices list towards devices for Wincard, and complete set of technical drawings about HSB-M02 type Railway ticket checking machine; several DE-CN translation of parts lists and drawing sets; live interpretation of training towards workers for the way and demand of operation; communication and information channel between German managing colleges and several departments, namely Human Resource, Purchase, Production, etc; 1 to several, several to 1, several to several DE-CN translation at same time or continually for Chinese and German colleges during the project; etc.

With all those works I help the German colleges achieving the directing function towards Purchase Department, communicating function with Chinese engineers, leading, supervising and training function towards workers, operating function for the progress of key project, managing and detailing function for separate information and tasks.
