2、 In charge of development of 52”(3LCD) & 65”(DLP) Rear-projection TV

4、In charge of development of singal-panel LCD projector and put it into mass production.

Responsibilities:
3LCD Projector R&D(Had obtained the Second Class Science and Technology Progress Award from China Weapon Industry)
1、 LCD driver and embed video & audio processing solution development.
2、 Optical system design and development for 3LCD Projector.
3、 Coating process management on the key optical components of the Optical Engine.
4、 Decide best testing solutions for the optical-electronic parameters of our LCD projector as well as every component.Select best instruments and meters and establish testing lab.
5、Establish whole machine assembling line for 3LCD projector including equipments and instruments purchasing,partner manufacture and workshop construction.

Position 2(1993、3—2000、1): Senior Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
1、Process control and quality management for CDS photoresistance
2、Semiconductor laser diode development
Detailes:
1、Photoresistance’s key process Control such as spray ,sinter,coating,assembling and final testing .
2、Deep study on the opto-electronic material of photoresistance (CdS、CdSe). Selet the best domestic manufacture partner and set up check & accept standard for these materials.
3、New process called deposit method development and put it to use successfully.
4、Mainly participated in the reconstruction of the machinery for sinter and testing.
5、Perform quality management on the process of photoresistance production.
6、Independently design and development of AGO-I light control switch for streetlamp as well as it’s production and management affairs.
7、In charge of development of semiconductor laser diode by cooperating with Changchun University of Science & technology..
8、Prepare technical documents for ISO-9002 qualification identification.

Position 3（1987.7-1993.3）: Electronic engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Leading-in new product-- photoelectronic diode development
2.R&D and process control for GaAs laser diode、polysilicon solar cell、SAWF and so on
3.Mainly participated in the design ,trail-produceing,debugging and development of application electronic products such as telephone annunciator with intelligence function and electrical power limitr etc.
4.During 1988-1989,I had ever been a part-time teacher for the teach-by-correspondence station (located in Henan Coastar Group Co Ltd) of Nanjing University of Science & Technology.The subjects I taught are including “Digital Electronic Technology”、“Theory of TV System”.And awarded “Superexcellence teacher”by the University.
