1.Responsibilities: Communicate with  clients to complete the Simplified Chinese localization of SAS projects; Ensure the

project is completed with high quality and is finished on time ; Communicate with testers to fix language bug; Be responsible

for language testing for some SAS products; Communication with the Vendor for outsourcing projects; Answer the querys from

them; Determine the glossary and translation of terms; Give the QA report to ensure the quality of outsourcing projects etc.

2.Projects: SAS Base and SAS BIC. For example: SAS 9.2 and 9.3, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Management Console, SAS BI

Dashboard, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS BI Report Services, SAS OLAP Cube Studio etc.

1.Responsibilities: Cooperate with the company to deal with the localization in China; Cooperate with testers to ensure the

testing quality, in which testers are responsible to report bugs, and I am responsible to fix bugs; Cooperate with vendors to

complete the projects on time and also give the QA report to ensure the quality; Answer vendor's any query and also act as

the final decision maker to the key words and my products' glossary; Write and maintain the localization style guide for

Windows Live products; Give my management ideas on localization process, activation rules, employee training etc.

2.Projects: responsible for Windows Live related products, such as Windows Live Hotmail, Windows Live mail, Windows Live

Custom Domain, Family Safty etc.

1.Responsibilities: Translate the English into simplified Chinese using professional tools.
I worked as an intern translator at the beginning, then as a formal translator,  a intern editor, a formal editor, finally I

participated a TL traning, I was a SC team leader.
2.Projects: Our main clients are software giants, such as, AutoCAD, Oracle, Sun and Microsoft etc. For example, we had

localized the Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Project Description: It is SAS's core product. It includes many components and the workload is quite large. The contents

involve mining and statistics terms.

2002 /11--2004/12:The localization of Windows Vista  [1 year and 1 month]
Development Tools: Trados
Responsibility: Team Leader of the team and be responsible for whole project's quality of localization, determine the

glossary, and give proper training for my team members.
