1,Answer customers' calling, deal with their inquires and complains, such as: some customers ask for the quotations, or want to check where their sailed containers are, and how to deal with the possible problems during the transfer places. I also should collect customer’s suggestion to my boss to satisfy their reqirements.
2,Accept customers’ booking, arrange the operater to book the shipping space, and communicate with them in time to ensure that we can get the shipping order smmothly from the shipping company. Deal with the problems during this period：when we could not get the S/O, I should let the customer know it as soon as possible and ease their emotion and give proper suggestion to the customer to solve the problem.
3,Ask the operater to arrange the truck and apply to the customs in time, make sure that the truck can arrive in the loading place according to the plan, coordinate their dispute, for example:the driver could not arrive in the loading place because of the truck or the urban officers, or the driver quarrel with the workers, something like that.
4,After loading, we should return the container to the port, let the customer offer correct packing list to apply to the customs.
5,Ask the customer to offer shipping instruction to the shipping company, give the copy of BL to customer to confirm, if some changes, should be reported to shipping company as soon as possible, if need amendment fee, I should communicate with the customer in time to let everything going smothly.
