Among them, the three most notable ones are:  1¡¢ English-Chinese translator:  £¨1£©translation and summary making of Group¡¯s confidential or big cooperation-oriented files and contracts, and their background information as well;  £¨2£©translation and archiving of English documents from Group's oversea branches;  £¨3£©receiving, translating, sorting, reporting and answering mails in Group Chairman¡¯s e-mail box;  £¨4£©translation of Group chairman¡¯s visit schedule, and confirmation work with different reception offices;  £¨5£©translation of speeches presented by Group leaders in large-scale events , as well as the translation of activities¡¯ logistical and organizational files;  £¨6£©translation of documents formed in group¡¯s yearly conferences;  £¨7£©applying for business visas for foreign visitors, preparation of materials needed, confirmation of hotel accommodation and air tickets, receiving, accompanying visitors and seeing them off;  £¨8£©other translation tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, such as the translation of financial statements from foreign subsidiaries, the translation of market research and industry analysis related documents, and the translation of human resources files etc.,  In all£¬my translation job is multi-disciplinary, covering different industries and wide area.  In addition to possessing notable expertise and skills, I insist on trying best to do better and better in translation, and keep working hard to ensure timely delivery of my working results with high quality. For that reason, I¡¯m now one of the most preferred translators of the directors.  
2¡¢Contract assistant, the principal tasks include:  £¨1£©the reception, registration, examination, questioning, communication, summarizing, archiving and FAQ answering of all files and contracts the Group subsidiaries report to the headquarters everyday.  £¨2£©Before all the documents are agreed by the Board of Directors to be stamped and put into force, it is me who are responsible for reviewing , correcting , delivering them, and reporting , explaining their subject matters and details to the directors, drawing their attention to related issues, asking them for final decision, and giving reasonable suggestions when necessary;  £¨3£©documents approved by the directors will be sent to the group confidential office by me on time, and direct the secretary to seal them at subsidiaries¡¯ different requirements, after that, retrieve them, register them, and inform departments which submitted them to take them back.  
So far, there have been over 5 thousands of documents and 500 contracts are sealed and put into forces after being reviewed by me, and amendments to various problems urged by me are over several hundreds, quite a number of hidden dangers and accidents are avoided.  Subsidiaries all give high praise to my work, my meticulousness, responsibility and efficiency.  And my awareness of saving time for directors, sharing workload and concerns of them, also win high praise from them.
