Worked for an XXX international Foundation (Established in U.S.), as the program coordinator and English-Chinese translator of XXX Program. The main duties were translation and interpretation, communication and coordination between staff home and abroad, liaison work with field staff in local welfare institutions, preparation for English newsletter. Besides office work, I would also perform other multitasks concerning program operation and administration. For example, when the material requests were collected by me from local sites and approved by the directors, I would follow up with the purchase. Sometimes the purchase needed to be made in
Beijing, and then I would be responsible for budget management, purchase and shipping. When there were trainings or annual meeting happening, I would help with logistics, and if needed, I would be on the spot to help with/involve in publicity.

Worked at XXX big movie site in China, as a movie news editor, editing and translating movie news and information.
Freelance work:
January 2010-now
Served as a production assistant for XXX Company, a foreign production company, in charge of contacting, cross-cultural communication and coordination.
July 2005 – now
Worked as a freelance translator for multiform media. The work included: web news, movie news; TV program, e.g. translating Chinese subtitles to English; translating a book for XXX Publishing House; translating some business files etc. Actually I began to do translation in college years to help the teacher.
