1)Communicate with the clients and builders to gather information about the clients' demands and the progress of this project, and then convey the information to the foreign experts so that they can perform their tasks on the basis of the valuable information.
2)Communicate with the foreign experts when they are performing their tasks to get to know what is going on. Compare the suggestions and solutions proposed by the foreign experts with the clients' demands and provide reasonable and acceptable suggestion on consulting method, contents, progress and solutions.
