Meditation Agreement

Party A: Xxxx, male, Han nationality, ID Card No.: xxxx, address: Room xxx, Bd.1, No.xx, Yanling Road, Xxxx District, Guangzhou.
Party B: Xxxx, female, Han nationality, ID Card No.: xxxx, address: Room xxxx, West wing, Bd.xx, Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College, ex-wife of Party A.
Dispute and meditation situation:
Party A Xxxx and Party B Xxxx have reached agreement on housing exchanging dispute. They came to the Judicial Office on December 25, 2015 and asked for a meditation agreement.
After meditation, both parties voluntarily reach the agreement as follows:
I. As agreed previously, Party A agrees to exchange his estate---Room xxxx, Bd.B1, Xxxx n Community, Yuangangheng Road, Xxxx District, Guangzhou (with the area of about 120.38 square meters) with Party B¡¯s estates--- Room xxxx, West wing, Bd.65, Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College, Yueken Road (with the area of about 78 square meters) and Room xxxx, Bd.9, Xxxx Community (with the area of about 43 square meters). The sale proceeds of the estates formerly owned by Xxxx shall be used for SaiTian (both parties¡¯ son) to study in Canada and buy a house of a proper size in his name. The property right of the house shall belong to SaiTian, Xxxx and Xxxx owns permanent use right and dwelling right of the house and Xxxx is responsible for taking care of the house. Any change or trading of the house¡¯s property right shall be agreed by Xxxx in advance.
The dwelling and use right of the estate formerly owned by Xxxx --- Room xxxx, Bd.B1, Xxxx n Community, Yuangangheng Road, XxxxDistrict, Guangzhou shall be transferred to Xxxx. Xxxx shall take care of the house and pay all management fees when Xxxx does not dwell in or use it.
Room xxxx, Bd.B1, Xxxx n Community, Yuangangheng Road, XxxxDistrict, Guangzhou is military property, without any personal ownership certificate and only with the 70-year dwelling and use right. If the nature of the house changes in the future, its property right shall belong to Xxxx.
II. The dispute is thus resolved. No party shall challenge the meditation result for any reason in future;
III. The Agreement shall come into force upon concluding of the Agreement by both parties.
The Agreement is in three copies. Both parties and People¡¯s Meditation Committee each holds one.
