Since the 1950s, CCPIT has offered international business and trade-related certification and authentication services for both Chinese and foreign companies. From then on, the organization has won widespread trust and acclaim due to its authority and fairness. After six decades of development, it now primarily issues certificates of origin for exported goods, offers international commerce certification, and helps arrange consular attestation services. The organization has established a service network that covers the whole country and developed close relationships with the ICC, the WCO as well as embassies and consulates in China. Adhering to its objective of serving the government and companies, it has proactively proposed suggestions forChina’s legislations on rules of origin as well as rules on commercial certification. It has provided counseling advices to such government bodies as General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Commerce, and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council.
Service Introduction
Authorized by such laws and regulations as The Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Origin of Imported and Exported Goods and The Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, according to relevant administrative requirements of international trade, CCPIT as well as its local branches issues certificates of origin for exported goods, and certifies commercial documents, papers and facts for China’s import and export enterprises. The certification activities cover a wide range of business sectors such as international trade in goods, services, technologies, engineering contracts, intellectual property, business lawsuits, investment, and maritime affairs.
