Dear Xxxxx,
I just received an email from the notary public office of Beijing. The notary said that your son's birth certificate lack the stamp of the hospital on the bottom right corner, on the words of issuing organization (seal). Could you please contact the hospital to add a stamp at the bottom right corner of the certificate.

This is very disappointing as this is the exact same birth certificate used to do exactly the same process all those years ago, with no problems.
How do you suggest I do this? I live in Malaysia, not Beijing?

I will contact other notary public offices. Maybe there is a notary public office accept the birth certificate.

If it helps, please find attached the original notarized copy. It may give the name of the office? I think it Is Beijing Fangyuan Notary Public Office.
