Yes I understand, but the Certificate we need is not to proof that we are marry, since we are not yet marry. Is to proof that we are stable couple (as boyfriend girlfriend) even we are not yet married.
The reason to ask for it is because my girlfriend is now pregnant and so we can proof with doctor papers, etc and we would like to settle down in Spain by end April when she will be about 100 days pregnant.
My girlfriend will enter in Spain with tourism VISA and as we enquired to Spain Government "Residence Card Department" they suggested even we are planning to marry in Spain to anyway bring that Notarial Certificate from China showing we are stable couple, and then Spain Government will give her Residence Card since anyway she would need it to arrange the Government Medical Insurance to go to Doctor for her regular checking.
That Residence Card will allow her to stay in Spain as long as she wish, then she will enter Spain by end April and could stay all her pregnancy and give birth in Spain.
Then we just need such Certificate done by Notary in China (since our relationship is based in China) and also to be legalised.
Wish you could arrange for us and that will be so good news.
If you need some information from Spain Government "Residence Card Department" i could ask them send email to prove above and hope they have no problem to send.

It is impossible for any notary public office in China to do the notarization.
I suggest you supply a document that can prove the stable couple relationship, such as a certificate from hospital, or your promise letter in which you prove the baby is yours. Then we will notarize the documents. Moreover, you'd better give me your girlfriend's cell phone. I prefer to discuss in Chinese with her.
