赠与公证是指公证机构根据当事人的申请依法证明财产所有人将个人所有的财产无偿赠送给他人的行为的真实性、合法性。
办理赠与合同公证的当事人应提交下列证明、材料：
一、赠与人、受赠人的身份证、户口簿及其复印件；
二、受赠人为组织的，应提交法人资格证明、法定代表人资格证明及其复印件，代理人代为申请的，需提交授权委托书和本人的身份证及其复印件；
三、赠与合同文本及其复印件；
四、被赠与财产的清单和所有权证明；
五、赠与人近亲属以及赠与物共同所有人同意将财产赠与他人的书面同意意见；
六、公证人员认为应当提供的其它有关证明材料。 |
